Advice was excellent, communication was excellent and service was excellent.

Organised a return for us when what we had ordered couldnt be used by the builder. Very helpful.

Wellsons provided a quick and professional response to my order. Price were keen and delivery performance and communications were top class. My request to have part of the order delivered because my builder needed the items was met in an obliging way and the goods were sent within the day. The remaining items, which were not such a priority, were sent soon after. This is a responsive and trustworthy company.

Products are awsome quality but the price for shipping is a rip of. if i want to order 100 pex fittings or 1 single one they're charging $27 which doesn't seem right at all

We went out of our way to order Australian-made cabinets from Wellsons (manufactured by ADP). We chose to do this instead of buying from Ikea (and spending significantly less money). This was to support local industry, and hopefully get a more well-made product. The delivery was incredibly difficult to organise and very delayed. When we finally got our cabinets, they were in terrible condition - dirty, mis-aligned, missing components. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one, is that they organised new goods to be delivered to us - but even this was not seamless. We were left with unwanted/unusable cabinets in our garage for over a week. This whole process has also resulted in a significant delay to the installation as our tradesperson is no longer available. I will absolutely not be shopping from Wellsons or ADP again, and would not recommend either to anyone I know.

The products received are as described and great quality.
We were disappointed that only half of our delivery was packed and received. The office were very helpful in getting the warehouse to ship the remainder of the order to us. Unfortunately we sill had missing parts and ended up having to go and purchase locally just to get my project completed.
I didn't purchase multiple products, just 1 kit as advertised and listed part list.

my order was dealt with pleasantly & professionally and arrived promptly !!! When a replacement hose was needed - no worries !! - was forwarded immediately !!! Will recommend to all !!!

I had a really great experience with Wellsons when purchasing the larger items for my bathroom renovations. Their prices were cheaper than everywhere else, they kept me well informed during the entire process, all actions were completed well within the timeframes listed on their website and they provided additional assistance when I was experiencing issues with the courier. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ll be purchasing through Wellsons again in future.
