I used the new site Betmaximus.win made a withdrawal on July 17th, and as of August 4th, I’m still waiting for it to be processed. It’s been over two weeks (13+ business days), and despite completing everything requested including KYC reverificationthere’s been no clear update or progress.

Live support has been friendly and does their best, but they seem to have very limited visibility or influence when it comes to finance-related issues. It’s frustrating because my first, smaller withdrawal was processed fairly quickly, but this larger one has been held up with no explanation.

On the positive side, the games are solid, and I really like the no wagering spins, which is a nice feature. It’s a shame this withdrawal experience is clouding what was initially a good impression.

I’m leaving a low rating for now due to the delay, but I’m more than willing to update the review if the issue is resolved soon and handled properly.

I have been trying to resolve serious issues with this casino for over 12 months, and they have completely ignored all my attempts at communication. Despite multiple review requests and direct outreach, they remain silent, showing total disregard for their players and their legal obligations.

My grievances:

No Duty of Care: Their negligence shows they don’t care about their players' well-being or financial security.
I demand a refund of my funds and will take any necessary action to ensure I get it. Legal action, public complaints, and regulatory involvement are all on the table. This casino cannot continue to get away with ignoring their customers while running an illegal operation.

Save yourself the stress and steer clear. There are plenty of legal, trustworthy casinos that respect their players. This one isn’t worth the risk.

Deposited 400 euros on this casino when I saw it on a site won 2k with the 400 but the withdrawal was taking so long i cancelled it and played again this happened 3 times in a row because the withdrawal time is unbelievable slow and haven’t received a single euro from this casino fast forward I managed to win 20k on roulette made a new withdrawal of 2k because they only pay out 2k max per week now I won this amount I’m not gonna play anymore and I will change the review if my opnion changes and they pay me !

I have sent several mails, contacted live support several times and they just keep sending me spammy e-mails. I have even said that I'm playing from an illegal country and they keep saying to e-mail support while they don't even reply. They just want your money. Hope the spam e-mails finally stop now.

Ik geef hun 5 sterren omdat ik goed geholpen ben door gabriel de agent, de documenten dat is wel het punt maar snap de richtlijnen van de casino, maar bijna alle casino zijn heel slim met hun voorwaarden. Ik had met ongeveer 10 dagen mijn geld op rekening. Als je alles goed voor elkaar hebt, anders duurt het langer voor dat documenten en je geld op rekening hebt, is echt geen Scammer site, heel veel slechte review hier op trustpilot en dat verdienen ze niet, had ook mijn twijfels eens maar gewoon rustig blijven. Elk heeft zijn eigen verhaal of niet goed gelezen.

I give them 5 stars because I was well helped by gabriel the agent, the documents that is the point but understand the guidelines of the casino, but almost all casinos are very smart with their terms and conditions. I had my money in my account in about 10 days. If you have everything in order, otherwise it will take longer for those documents and money to be in your account, it is really not a Scammer site, a lot of bad review here on trustpilot and they don't deserve that, also had my doubts but just stay calm .
