It has been almost one week that I have…

It has been almost one week that I have been struggling with verification after I made a withdrawal request! The financial team only shows up once a day to reject my documents. The support acts like they do not even work with the financial team and they can't really talk to them. What I assume is that they're buying time in this way to do the withdrawal requests or they just want you to cancel and lose. Worst casino experience ever!

Withdrawals take ages… Updated

Have played on so many casino’s but West casino feels really unfair. They work in order to never withdraw your money. They want you to play again and lose it all.

First they tell you to send documents, okay fine, I get it. They tell you to give ID card and Proof of address.

Then they tell you days later to also send a picture of the debit/credit card.

Then days later you have to show you bank statement… they just add things up instead of asking for it all in 1 time.

They respond so slow, the answers from the live chat is almost robotic and programmed.

The slots are great, but I don’t feel you should play here. Withdrawals take ages, really.

I’ll keep you guys updated. My withdrawal is pending for almost 5 days now. I hope they fix there way of working and be legit to there customers.

UPDATE:
After connecting to multiple contacts between customer service. My account has been verified and my money is being withdrawed. The customer service (chats) do actually listen. After all. Good service!

I just like the site a lot

I've read a lot of reviews a while back when I first joined the casino and while some players might have had issues with them, I've always been treated with what has always felt like extra attention to detail. idk, mate, it was top notch for me.

This casino are real thieves do not spend money in this casino because you will never get paid. I got this email after sending div. Documents:All of them have been approved and your account is now verified. But when payment was refused again, other documents needed to wait many days each time, but they do not pay out. withdrawal time takes to long, they do that on purpose. they hold it back. if you make a deposit, then it will become immediately in your account, both the other way is going verry slowly. this is the worst casino i have ever played

Slowing down withdrawal process on purpose

They seem to slow down the withdrawal processon on purpose and getting an answer from your "Personal VIP accountmanager" takes days. What they hope for is that you gamble your winnings away, smart tactics but unfair to the player if you ask me.If I make a deposit the money is immediatly deducted from my bankaccount, so why not the other way around . At most a day for a withdrawal is acceptable, most casino's i played transfer the money within seconds.
Don't believe all the positive comments about mr Gerard Serano, all these reviews are written because mr Serano promised them a reward in return. He almost tells you what to write about him , so he is problable not such a great manager but certainly the only one that blackmails the players at Westcasino.

West Casino has added back that Instant Transfer by ConnectPay as one of the withdrawal methods on their cash-out page and, this time it fully works as usual and I've successfully sent my withdrawal request!

I started to play on this casino last…

I started to play on this casino last week (friday). I used 2 x 20 euros bonuses to get non wager free spins.
Won 80+ euros, now the game froze and i got errors on the games. I refreshed and i could barely play the game without get any errors.

I noticed my money from the game is gone and my money i deposited was used instead of the free spins.
Contacted them about this and even provided them a screenshot.

I tried a couple of times and then it started to work and i actually got my money from the free spins.

I started to play some blackjack and other slots, won up to 205 euros and wanted to make a withdrawal. (Around 22.00 the same day).

Finance department contacted me 02.00 friday to saturday night. They wanted some documents and i provided them with the documents, like 5-6 min after that email.

Next morning i asked about the withdrawal and documents, they couldnt answer since they dont have anything to do with this. I asked how come i got the email then?
They told me they sent the email and finance department isnt working in the weekends, even though the email said "finance @ westcasino.com".

I contacted them everyday and asked about this.
No good answers and finance department didnt repond either - Untill today. They wanted a photo of the back of the id card i gave them, even that it never said anything about that in the email.

I provided them the backside aswell and no more answer after that.

So the funny part, is that "finance department" isnt working in the weekends, but i got 2 emails that they need documents. But the chat clearly states that its them sending out the emails, i even got proof of it.

Its like they are stuck in 2008 or something, when even ComeOn back in the days was "slow" but safe and trustworthy.

Ill update my review when i got my money.
If i saw the complaints at askgamblers.com and here, i would never try this casino.

Update:
After 4 days, still nothing happend and they wont respond to my emails even.

And i dont really care if finance working on the weekends or not, it doesnt take over a 1 week to approve a withdrawal, especially not when you verified me already since 5/4-22. Its not really my problem to solve, it is yours.

Gerard saves the day, every time!!

Gerard came through huge and was more than helpful after I had a breach of the T&C and sacrificed a large withdrawal very recently...
He emailed me and asked I come to live chat... I encourage and players with an issue here to go talk to Gerard. He is a great asset to the players side. Mr Serrano the manager who looks out for the non high vip members.

I'm making this review because I have a really good contact with Gerard Serrano. I am not a high vip member on west casino. But Mr Serrano always helps out the not vip members on west casino.
He points me out what is best for me and is always there.

That's why I'm making this review so that people now the Mr Serrano is the bom. There should be more ppl like Mr Serrano on west casino.

I have excluded myself because of gambling addiction ,without posibillity to reopen it.
Guess what?
After some time my account was reopen and I was able to deposit more money!!!

Finally have gotten my winnings...but this place is not for me me anymore

I've wrote a review 6 days ago and have edit it today, my review was removed probably because I wasn't following the guidelines of Trustpilot.

I wrote that I would think twice when you attempting to play at West casino and I still have that opinion. I've waited 6 days before my withdrawal was finally been approved and transferred with success.

It cost me a lot time and effort in chat and by email to let them know I wasn't happy, if the time spend on this was useful and was the cause for finally getting my winnings..I don't know. What I do know is that I've never experienced this before at any other online casino.

The overal feeling that I've about West casino is that I don't trust them anymore. It's 2022 and it should not be so difficult to transfer winnings to a player in a fast matter. We as a player give you a lot of trust by depositing our money, don't take that lightly. Improve the finance department and it can be a great casino, too bad not for me anymore.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, wait for ages to withdrawel money.
I won 25.000 euro’s, but only cashout in 2000 euro, every week.
When I got my “private” account menner Hannah, they said i need to be a gold member to cash out more.

This is a crazy bad casino, never had this experience.
