Having checked your account, I saw your withdrawal was approved in a timely manner however, it failed and you were informed about it by the payments team as well as advised to use a different method.

Subsequently, you chose to play more, made a new payout request, then rolled it back the same day and lost.

Absolute joke of a casino

Absolute joke of a casino. They hold your money after withdrawing. Ive now waited for over a week and there is no reply to anything and yes I am fully verified. In a world where casinos are fast and reliable I would not recommend this to anyone. Im pretty sure this will bite them in the end.

Edit: Since the first withdrawal its now been a week. You held the first one, then asked for documents and rolled it back. After that you’ve now held it for 3 days. All you say is ”should be processed soon” so yes it does feel like a scam in a world where casinos pay out winnings in minutes.

Edit: Sir Ed here promised that it is in processing and that it will be sorted soon. Absolutely nothing has happened and its been over 24h.

Great casino

The Accountmanagers are awesome

Ive been a Westcasino member for over a year now and I Never had any bigger issues with the Casino or its stuff. Meanwhile I became an EliteMember and I am very pleased with the services provided.

Very bad casino

Very bad casino, withdrawals took ages and still not approved. I had 1 pending withdrawal ( see reply by email from westcasino ) wich was pending for 2 days ( after 21 other withdrawals wich were not approved within 2 weeks so rollback and played further till zero. I kept asking every hour in livechat till they got sick of it and approved it. As you can see in the email, its not responsible to play at westcasino !!! There are many many other casino's who have fast payouts, And what they say about christmas is bulls**t! Its for sure 2 years now and the pending times never changed, they only want your money and dont payout as promised:

Withdrawing is a Hassle Here. Don't Patronize

The withdrawals take a long time to process. I withdrew using Skrill and it has already been pending approval for three (3) days already. Site description in gambling sites claim that in this casino, e-wallets withdrawal only take 24 hours, this is utterly misleading and should be edited to reflect what is true.

The live support cannot answer queries on withdrawal times and e-mail support also doe snot know, they only give you the generic response that your winnings are yours but the finance team has to take time to process it.

This is very ridiculous, when you take our deposits in an instant, payout should just be the same or at least should not be withheld for an unreasonable length of time.

I really cannot recommend this Casino to anyone unless you enjoy the uncertainty of when you will get your withdrawals or if you will ever get your withdrawals at all.

This casino is deliberately delaying withdrawals for you to play with your winnings again.

MGA should impose a rule on the maximum period of withdrawals from a casino.

Lovely site, lots of "interesting" bonuses, deposit deposit deposit....
Then the problems begin, verification of the account ?
The documents needed for this were sent more than 2 weeks ago, no response.
The withdrawal hangs? It's because you don't want to play the bonus.... I don't touch it because it will break the terms and conditions, live chat tries hard to persuade me to do it and says that because of this there are delays, funny :)
Support can remove this bonus, in my case they say they have no such power, what is the problem ? Bonus was not moved, I am not stupid, I read the rules.
Soon it will turn out that I logged in from Antarctica, played 1000 bonuses, broke the rules in a million ways and the payout will not take place, they quite exceptionally count on the fact that I will rollback the payment and lose it, support suggested me to play on and on and get higher levels, because then I will be served faster ??

Withdrawel of €2.000.- is pending for 4 days. My account was fully verified, even before withdrawal was initiated. Livechat can’t provide any info.

Don’t gamble here since withdrawals take a very long time. (I am currently still waiting for my money).

It looks like the server can't handle the amount of players....
The website is constantly loading and you can play for 15 minutes before everything is blocked for an hour....

The chat is often not available and you can't see the wager of your bonus.

The Worst Casino to ever exist!

I’ve been playing a while in this Casino and let me share with you the following:
Bonuses: the worst of what you can get, for instance they ask you to deposit a 50 euros for 30 free spins (worth 10 cent a spin) a 100 for 60 and a 150 euros for getting a 150 free spins (need to wager wether you get a 5 or 10 euros max). On Mondays you can claim your free spins in case you deposited at least a 100 euros (a total of 100 spins and they need to be wagered)
Cash back: I have a 15% cash back but unfortunately they need to be wagered.
Withdrawal: well here we go, to be honest you may need to forget about cashing out if you are a current casino gambler. Their strategy is to let your transaction as long as possible so you may roll it back, play, and lose it all.
I have been in this Casino for at least 3 months, and honestly it is the worst of what I have encountered my entire life. If there is a problem, you can talk to an agent via live chat who are simply there to provide you with your bonuses (worthless) or cash back (worthless) as they need to be highly wagered. If you ask them for further customer assistance they ask you to contact the support department so they may help you but actually they never do but sending you worthless promotions and free spins so you deposit and lose it all over and over again.
If you ask for assistance regarding your withdrawal, they tell you that the finance department should look at it and they will help you with your transactions as soon as possible (Nonsense as I tried only a multiple time to withdraw a sum of 400 euros and another sum of 190 euros which I couldn’t because of what I already mentioned earlier).
Now the question is: if it is true that WestCasino has so many departments and each of them is specialized in taking care of a specific matter, wouldn’t and shouldn’t be the best, fastest and most trusted casino.
Guys, to be honest WestCasino is a Maffia organization taking into account what I have already explained. I’m saying all this with saved screenshot proof.
Do not ever think of even trying a cent in this Casino!

Having looked in the free spins bonus claimed to have come with wagering, I have to remind you that they are offers from our Tuesday promotion and they are wagering free. Yes, the Monday free spins need to be wagered, as well as the cash back bonus which was given to you as an exception even though your rank is not enough to claim this yet. I see one of our account managers did all his best to keep you happy with the bonuses issued.

As far as the withdrawals were concerned, you tried to go for bigger wins by rolling them back a few hours after initiated (off business hours for the payment team), otherwise they would have been paid once the finance team was available.

We have always provided an environment where our players can be compensated in a good manner, and paid their winnings as quickly as possible.

make account veryfied it made a withdraw they promised withdraw ewallet time 24hours its been more then that and nothing. live chat keeps saying wait , need more time etc.
i sended like 3 emails to finance department and got 0 answers with more then 24 hours passed. And For a second i thought i found my new casino.
