Lack of information
Quality of work is high, but zero customer communication. No preliminary information about service prices is given. Even if you ask and receive an answer, it doesn't mean that the final bill will correspond with what you were told. The worst customer service I've ever faced.

Turned up exactly on time, Kameron the engineer was very polite, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend this company who had previously worked on the boiler and the service each time has been excellent.

Oil tank emergency
Decided to have my boiler serviced this year by Western Fuel, so glad I did. They provided a brilliant service. Engineer Kameron turned up on the dot and gave boiler a thorough service. He noticed my oil tank was bulging (ruptured inside) and immediately contacted his office to arrange emergency action. Got an immediate quote and Kameron returned the next morning with Matt, with a replacement tank. It was in an awkward location and they could not have taken more time and care with everything they had to do to get it replaced and left everything perfect. They did a brilliant job! Will use Western Fuel every year.

Reliable fuel supplier
Reliable fuel supplier. When the prices spiked they offered to just do a half delivery, that is consideration for their customers.
Regular deliveries are a useful option so we dont have to keep monitoring it.

We've been using Western Fuel for 5 years now and are very happy. I regularly do a price comparison when ordering and they are always the best price. The service is very reliable and the drivers always friendly and polite.

Amazingly awesome company-very competitive prices-amazing customer service. Put in an order then suddenly realised how low the oil was and contacted them-they delivered the next day. Hugely impressed and will only buy oil from them. Their outstanding customer service means lots of loyal and well looked after customers.

Very impressed with the boiler service today. The young man was efficient and obviously enjoyed his job despite the miserable weather. It was the first time I have used this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Fantastic service in difficult times
I ran out of heating oil and my boiler broke on the day before Easter. Everyone at Western Fuel was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to get me up and running again. I really can't recommend this company highly - everyone was so helpful and kind and everything got sorted in a day. Huge thanks.

Fast and efficient service
I phoned for an emergency delivery on Thursday 9th April, and it was scheduled for delivery Saturday 11th April. To our delight it was delivered on Friday 10th April at 7:30 hrs. Our sincere thanks to the lady in the office who dealt with my order so efficiently.
We will definitely be continuing to order our fuel from Western Fuel.
