Terrible products, worse customer service.
Worst fridge we've ever purchased. Three months in, it just randomly stops working. We had to throw away around $150 worth of food and then had to buy a second-hand fridge. First of all, the company refuses to provide warranty service if you are not in their "zone". This is 100% illegal under consumer law. Instead, they send out some kind of contractor. The guy came out, looked at the fridge for about 5 minutes and told me it was going to be a minimum of another week before he can get the parts. I range Westinghouse and told them that this is a fridge, not a TV, and we need a fridge because we need to keep food. I asked for a refund and was told the matter would be "escalated" and someone would call me within 48 hours. No one called, so I called. I was told it would be "escalated" and someone would call me in 48 hours. I told them that I wanted the details of the legal department so that I can lodge a claim with the department of fair trading and they *refused* to provide this information and told me that "they are only an outsourced call center" and its not their problem. This is absolutely the worst appliance provider. Ever. Do not buy any of their products as they refuse to abide by their obligations.
