After many problems with reconditioned Alternators from a well known car parts suppliers I was recommended west lancs autos . The guys were very helpful and knowledge able they supplied a brand new alternator cheaper than what I was being charged for a reconditioned one . I drive for a private coach company so pleased with the service I passed on their card to my boss .

Sent a quick email through to them they replied immediately saying that they had A starter motor that would suit my car phone spoke to them the following day placed an order and it was on my doorstep in a couple of days haven’t fitted it yet but looks perfect definitely use this company again first class

Not fitted yet, but the alternator seems to be a super new product, probably made in China so we’ll see . The initial phone ordering process seemed a bit too hurried, but the decently priced product arrived after a few days and in good time, with postage included. Overall not a bad experience and would recommend this supplier .

Sent an enquiry in via email out of hours,the reply arrived early am, the price was very good so sent the order in Friday pm and the part arrived by 10am Monday morning. Great service.
