Highly recommend
This is the second time I have used them. This time I needed scaffolding put up to reach over my conservatory. It was no issue, easily arranged and sorted by West Yorkshire windows. Excellent quality products, excellent craftsmanship and the customer service team were easy to contact which was great. I can recommend them for sure.

Great new door and great total experience
We recently needed a new rear door and frame to replace a 40 year old wooden door that had seen better days, and WYW met all our requirements from quote to install.
Our initial email enquiry led to a phone call the next day and a home visit a few days later to provide a quote and show us samples. No pushy salesman, good price, great quality product, and a showroom visit confirmed our order.
Throughout the whole process we were kept informed, thanks to Keely whose help was greatly appreciated, and the install went ahead on the planned date, taking just an afternoon. All Fitters were very polite , professional, and tidy, clearing all rubbish away including the old door and frame, informing us of progress and what had been done at each stage.
Once the installation was complete and final payment made, the support documents were quickly sent to us, and customer services have been in touch to ensure we are totally happy- which we are.
Overall, we have had a great experience with WYW and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others- nothing was too much trouble and I found all the people that we engaged with to be very polite, professional, and generally nice.
We love the new door, its auto-engaging security features, and the enhanced locking system. Just using it tells you it is well constructed and built to last, and we feel totally secure with it.

An appointment was made to suit us, Richard turned up on time and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently so now we can use the door with ease again. Amazing windows
From start to finish our experience with West Yorkshire Windows was fantastic.
The Salesman Colin was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and helped us choose the right product.
We were kept fully informed regarding dates when scaffolding and fitters would be on site. Thanks to the Customer Support Team who were available to discuss any aspects of the project. Our fitters Reece and Michael were fabulous. Informing us what they would be doing in what order and finished everything internally to a high standard.

Excellent service
We noticed our back door wasn't locking properly. I called West Yoirkshire Windows and they were brilliant. Their engineer called and fixed the door lock with no fuss. The door now works pefectly. Thank you.

What nice people to deal with
What nice people to deal with. They turn up when they say they are going to. There is as little disruption as possible and clean up after themselves. The windows themselves are solid and lovely. Any problem is quickly resolved. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Installation of windows & a door
From ordering to installation the process was seamless with a point of contact for any queries we had. The two gentleman who carried out the installation (Reece and Michael) worked very hard and were a pleasure to deal with.

I would avoid this company
I would avoid this company, they sent a rep out to give us a quote for patio doors in a new opening for 4k. We thought it was steep but signed the contract, shook hands and was told would be fitted in 6 weeks. A few days later the sales manager rang saying it would cost 5k instead. But we had a contract in place. Rang back after 5 weeks to check on progress and the sales manager said would now cost 8k. That's 100% in 6 weeks so unfortunately they have had to refund the deposit and ignore the contract they signed. Nothing changed on site just heavy handed sales after the contract has been signed and wanting more and more money! 8k for a patio door...don't trust the original contract, estimate, etc. they won't honour it. We now have to find another supplier.

We understand your frustration regarding the changes to the quoted price. Following a further review, it became clear that the original quotation did not fully account for the creation of the required opening, including the associated building works and compliance with relevant building regulations.
We appreciate that this should have been identified and communicated clearly at the outset, and we apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused. This was an oversight on the sales persons behalf and certainly intentional. This is understandably disappointing and not the experience we would want for any of our customers.
We can see that the decision was made to cancel the order and issue a full refund of your deposit, however we appreciate that this does not make up for the inconvenience caused or the need to seek an alternative supplier.
We take your comments seriously and will review this internally to understand how this situation arose and ensure improvements are made. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
