They sent someone out to assess problem which we needed a part for. This was ordered and all resolved within about a week. Excellent service. Dawn was really efficient and friendly on the telephone. Really first class service.

I received first class treatment from West Yorkshire Windows from the time I first contacted them to completion of the installation.
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble in answering queries and general enquiries.
You can trust them to do an exceptionally good job. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

Took them to court
Numerous lies throughout the build, errors in their paperwork that I as a layman would not spot, and corner cutting completely destroyed any trust I had in this company. Ended up taking them to court, only for the Judge to reiterate what I'd been saying all along.

Thank you for your feedback on your installation which was completed 2 years ago. We hope you managed to have the drainage channel installed around your structure satisfactorily. Please note that the judge didn't say that the company told numerous lies throughout the build as your review suggests, he did acknowledge that the word GULLEY could be misinterpreted to be 12 metres of surface drainage channel which we accepted.
We understand that it is important to ensure terminology used is clear and concise and have made great strides to improve the technical information provided so it is fully transparent to our customers.

Changed our Life…
We got an extension done by West Yorkshire Windows in order to get a bigger space for family meals. The new space is now the lounge and bar area and we absolutely love it.
The whole project took just over 8 weeks and is finished to an amazing standard. Communication was always good and we were kept informed. They are always on hand to help with queries and we are so happy with our new space.

Everything from getting in touch with WYW, to the end being fitted was hassle free, no stress. They kept us informed all the way through. Fitters and the scaffolding contractors respected our property, huge thanks for that. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to all.

This company has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. We couldn't decide on the colour for the windows initially, but there was no pressure to quickly decide. They came when they said they would, which was a relief compared to other companies. Everyone was so professional and we are pleased with the end result. Most of our windows were installed by…
Most of our windows were installed by Yorkshire windows in 2018, but could not afford to replace two. Fast forward to this year, and we contracted West Yorkshire windows to replace them.
The process was easy, with no pressure. Their team is professional throughout, the installation team polite, and removed the old windows and left the install clean and tidy.
Overall I would highly recommend them, they even installed a lock I had purchased but could not fit in my French doors, (I know my limitations.)

Timely, Efficient and Professional
West Yorkshire Windows gave us a timetable for our 5 windows to be replaced and they adhered to it. Everything went to plan. We were pleased with the detailed specifications of each window which was informative, something we had not had before. We had 1 or 2 finer points of concern but these were addressed very efficiently. Good communication links.
Their workmen were very professional and approachable. We are very pleased with the finished job.We now have our 20 year Guarantee and are awaiting our FENSA Certificate. Excellent work.

Highly recommend. Had composite door installed I love the finished result. Fitter did exceptional job he was friendly, polite and very hard working. Protected my carpet and cleared up thoroughly after installation. All staff I encountered from original quote to completion were excellent. In particular Keely stands out for providing excellent customer service.

All went well with our new conservatory constructed by West Yorkshire Windows which have proved to be as good as we were assured. We have had some very strong winds recently and the conservatory inside window ledges were completely clean. No debris like our previous one. Very impressed.
