I cannot say enough good things about Kaitlyn and the customer service she provided today.
I called We The People Holsters because I had several questions about my order, and Kaitlyn was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely taken care of.
She didn’t try to rush me off the phone. She stayed with me until every question I had was answered and even offered to personally help me place my order. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a customer service representative, and it was obvious that she actually cared about getting things right for me.
I have dealt with plenty of customer service departments, and Kaitlyn genuinely stood out. She is the kind of employee a company should be proud to have representing them.

It is uncertain whether this includes the Streamlight TLR-1/1SGL light or if the light is provided separately and the holster is compatible with it.
