Absolutely phenomenal service! I'm so used to poor customer service these days that I was actually taken aback by the professionalism and expertise of the WKD staff. Firstly they explained what size of bra I needed. They have charts that help explain this but were instantly accessible and helpful on the phone. I wanted a particular corset, but they advised an alternative that would fit better based on my measurements and the level of tummy control I was after. I promptly ordered what was suggested but unfortunately the carrier failed to deliver on time, however WKD staff were able to resolve this for me satisfactorily and actually went beyond what I was expecting. The items were great quality, they felt luxurious. I felt I needed a slightly longer strap on the bra and returned for an exchange. WKD made this very simple via an online Royal Mail system and the postman came and picked it up from my house the very next day free of charge. No need for me to go to the post office! Extremely impressed and must say they have the best quality stockings too, in shades for a wide variety of skin tones which in itself is amazing, other retailers could take note!!

Bought a beautiful dress in the sale, and took the plunge and bought a waist cincher for the first time. Wow! Sizing advice was spot on, it fits perfectly and transforms the look of the dress. I will be buying more from Katie!

Personal and trustful relationship, good products, fast shipment, always help if there are problems (customs e.g.). Only packaging could be a little bit better :-)

I spoke at length with staff re their sizings and got the recommended size, they were lovely and good quality but huge when they arrived so being so unsure of the sizes I went for a refund. Sending back with Royal Mail was a nightmare, I arranged a collection from home but ended up going to the sorting office to get the label printed as no one turned up. This was an expensive try as the shipping was nearly £8.00

Finaly the right bra. If you are into vintage underwear and have had a mastectomy the What Katie Did long line bra is well made has a beautiful vintage look and most importantly keeps your padding/falsie in place. Thankyou for giving me my confidence back Belinda.

The whole experience from the accurate details of each item provided to the sizing charts to customer service. No issues with returns and the clothing is so well made. I can't get enough of What Katie Did merchandise. Never disappointed.

BRA TOO SMALL
I ORDERED PROPER SIZE - I COULD NOT GET THE CUP OVER MY BOOB - VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pretty underwear
Not practical at all

I bought two pairs of long/full-length, black gloves - one pair sheer and the other pair satin.
I can't wait to wear these gloves while wearing one of my darker dresses for that vampish look!
When the WKD email came through advertising these gloves, I was immediately tempted, but was worried that they might not be big enough. One size fits all etc. but I'm a crossdresser with larger than average hands. So I emailed with my hand measurements, got a prompt, friendly and reassuring email reply and I went ahead and bought both the sheer and the satin gloves.
They arrived a couple of days later.
They fit beautifully, are alluringly long and are wonderful.
I've got a photo shoot next month and I'm planning to feature both pairs in some of the photos.

I used to visit their shop in London which was lovely, but since it's closed have been shopping on their website. Although their website customer service is very helpful I visited their office yesterday to try on in person. I was made very welcome and although they don't have a shop, you need to let them know what you want to try from their collection, it was well worth the trip to Pangbourne. Plus I got to meet everyone who works there too.

Expensive but well worth the price as it is reflected in the quality.

I ordered their Merry Widow for a special event. First problem was that it took six weeks to arrive, they were quick enough to charge my credit card. It was originally expected in three weeks but absolutely no communication that it had been delayed, I had to chase them.

Problem 2: despite asking their customer service for fitting advice (with my measurements) the garment when it finally arrived was far too small. So it was sent back.

Problem 3: The garment was sent back exactly as I had received it. WKD are refusing to refund as they claim garment was not complete, missing one or more suspender straps, even though it is as I received it. They are refusing the whole amount, which is not proportionate. Instead they have accused me of lying about the condition of the garment!

So I am now pursuing a claim through my card company. I can only presume that this is a money making scam.

Beware and if returning any goods to this company make sure you photograph them first! Frankly though I'd go elsewhere.

I ordered the 1940s style CC09 bra in my usual size but when it arrived it was absolutely tiny and far too tight. The quality was really disappointing, the stitching was poorly done and material was not silk or satin as expected. I was also disappointed that its not made in the UK and it's 100% polyester and made in India, so very cheap and clearly not worth the price at all. Sent the bra back for a refund but I didn't even get a full refund, they ripped me off by £3.49 so I would not recommend this company. They also delete any negative reviews from their Facebook page! 🚩🚩🚩

I have no interest in this company or their products and have consistently tried to remove myself from their mailing list and yet they still spam my email account almost daily.

I have contacted them 4 or 5 times, sent messages to them and no joy.

Perhaps this will get their attention and they may realise that unsolicited emails are a breach of GDPR and they can be fined.
