Bought a new Suzuki GSXS1000GX+.
Salesman Joe Scott was excellent very thorough when going through order and options, helpful advice but not pushy, excellent communication, kept updated re progress, bike ready and completed on time and as ordered. Did have an issue after collection, needed to arrange 600 mile 1st service fairly soon after as I had trips coming up. When I tried to book in, had no dates available for some time. I raised this issue, as I was dissatisfied with follow up, via e-mail with Joe, he raised the issue with service manager and the matter was resolved and they made arrangements to accommodate me.

Visited Wheels looking to change my old GS for something a bit lighter! Found a few bikes that were of interest and Joe spent time with me discussing which would be best. Took a 800XC for a test ride the next day and agreed a trade in price for my bike. Great service all round, no pressure - just a great buying experience. Thanks Joe!

Just taken ownership of my new 2025 Aprilia RS660 factory. Service from Joe was impeccable, lovely guy. After issues with the finance company, Joe managed to sort it. I highly recommend buying a motorcycle from these guy. I’m extremely happy.

Upon arrival i was greeted and left alone to have a look around all the used bikes with no pressure. One stood out and I asked Joe Scott to help me to mainly see if I would fit. The price was affordable, I admitted that I had agreed to sell my bike to sbf but Joe manged to get me a better price to trade in. Against my now new to me bike.

Financed a beautiful triumph street triple with help from Joe. He organised all the paperwork super quickly allowing me on the road in under a week! Super clear explaining everything and any questions I had were answered in great detail.

My first experience using Wheels and Just collected my new Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory. Joe made everything super simple, from test ride, trading my previous bike in to collection with next to no fuss and constant updates from initial order.

Just called wheels to get my bike serviced 24 plate and they quoted £675 for a service no wonder they offer life time warranty phoned another dealership £320 big difference never going back there stick you warranty where the sun don't shine

Was looking for a Ducati Scrambler 800 as my next bike. A part exchange was at the forefront of the deal.
Wheels had what seemed the ideal bike with the right model, mods, mileage and price. My contact was Joe Scott who provided me with all the answers to the questions asked. A subsequent walk round video clinched it for me and we continued our discussions to a part exchange deal.
Despite this being an online purchase (I'm three hours away) I'm delighted with the overall experience: the communication, ease of the process to purchase, and Joes' involvement. (and even when he wasn't available he still made sure that I was kept informed).
Oh, I love the bike and would happily work with Wheels again should the opportunity arise.

Purchased a honda Goldwing, unfortunately had issues that wasn't apparent until it was rode home,
reported the issues was promptly collected and checked over and delivered,
unfortunately the problem happened again and another problem also showed up

Promptly collected again offered to fix it and give me a 1 Years honda warranty as an apology but opted to return for a refund that they did without argument/hesitation

From the moment, I walked into Wheels, Peterborough, which I searched online for Triumph Tiger 1200 SE Alpine which I decided on which motorbike to enquire about.
I was directed by a member of staff to Joe Scott, he instantly was attentive and asked me to show him what motorbike, I was thinking of getting explaining to him that leg reach was tip toes, he mentioned a lowering kit that was available in which came in two kits 20 and 40 mm.
I part exchange my motorbike, sign a few online forms which were straightforward even change the collection date a week earlier which Joe was very happy to do, on the collection day he showed and explained the controls and back history of the motorbike.
A very smooth and easy process at Wheels, Peterborough made even more by the friendly, informative staff.

Fantastic buying experience with Wheels. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. I spotted a Supersport 950s but was buying without seeing in person. I was given a thorough walk around video, all of my queries were answered, nothing seemed to be a problem. They held the bike for me when I was unable to take delivery as quickly as I had hoped, and the bike arrived in amazing condition. As I have bought the bike without seeing, there is also a 14 day cooling off period if I change my mind or am unhappy. Amazing service all round, and all with really friendly communication. Would definitely buy from Wheels again.

Bought my Triumph street triple 2 weeks ago and collected it last friday. Special shout out to Joe for making sure the bike went through the workshop as quickly as possible. Great service from start to finish will definitely shop here again when the time comes

I've just bought my new Kawasaki eliminator from wheels, I saw it online and was emailing Joe Scott about it, he was very helpful and helped my with all my questions. It was lovely to go into the shop and meet him to find I have bought a bike from him before😃

I purchased a 2006 Honda ST1300 from Wheels Motorcycles and unfortunately experienced a significant mechanical failure shortly after purchase — the clutch failed during a ride and the bike required a new slave cylinder, among other repairs. A full inspection also uncovered worn spark plugs, a dirty air filter, and an oil leak. The total repair cost came to £1,100.

I raised my concerns with Wheels, citing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told they would only inspect the bike if I paid further charges. Their final response was to offer just £82.78 — the cost of the slave cylinder part — as a goodwill gesture. There was no apology or meaningful effort to address the overall condition of the bike.

I also found their reasoning around the warranty contradictory: they referenced the warranty as a basis for denying further liability, while at the same time stating the fault wouldn’t have been covered under it anyway. This lack of consistency and accountability was very frustrating.

The tone of their response felt dismissive and showed little regard for customer care or after-sales support. I’ve chosen not to pursue the matter further due to the emotional toll it has taken — but I will not be returning as a customer.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. If you’re considering buying from Wheels Motorcycles, I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase, and being cautious about post-sale support.

Quick and easy. No hassles. Even had an engine warning issue with my trade in and honoured the price given before and carried on. Ask for Joe at Suzuki.
