EU lots... But 5⭐ will be given when also UK lots without all extra taxes are available for EU and otherwise. Nothing wrong with this beautifull wish or what?

Always a pleasure. Service and follow up correspondence on point. And the whisky is good too lol

Too much inflatable costs over the hummer price ; around 31% which is too much
Compared to other auction house in Europe
I m really considering to stop buying of your site

The lack of clarity on add-on costs after making a purchase, and their disinterest in telling customers, is really disappointing.
I won three bottles from their Dutch operation and was hit with £50 postage and then £145 import duty on bottles that cost me £240 in the auction. I knew about the insurance and
I absolutely would not have bid on these items had I known. It was an expensive lesson. Their information on import duties is vague and doesn't include example figures.
Their response to what is not a first time occurence was a shrug of the shoulders and we'll pass on your concerns.
I've just checked their web site and the information is the same.
My advice to anyone from the UK bidding on bottles based in the EU is to be aware of high shipping costs and very high import dury (it's based on the alcohol rather than the value of the bottle, so the duty is the same on a £50 bottle and a £5000 bottle).

I was charged a lot of money (£280) to receive two bottles of whisky from where I thought was coming from Perth!!! It should be clearer that there was a charge to bring them from the Netherlands! Not very fair!🥴☹️🥴 I won’t be using you again!!! Can you please unsubscribe me?☹️

the good:
I've bought from them way back since 2014. As long as there are no issues during transit and delivery there will be no problems with them.
However this time something did go wrong
In my case i bought around 13 bottles from the auction. The bottles go held up by customs then sent back
During the transit one of the bottles popped and lost 80% of the content. I was told that since the bottle did not break it is not covered under their terms and agreement.
they were not willing to give me a refund but offered me 2 choices:
- put my purchased bottles on next auction
- they can ship it out again for free
i also wasn't willing to have them send it through US customs again. Thankfully had a address in singapore which i could send it to.
Eventually after a month they finally shipped it out to singapore.
Edit:
I was contacted by customer support and made whole on the liquid content lost during transit for the bottle of whisky

Your shipping fees can be better. I've stopped bidding on your site because the shipping makes it cost prohibitive to get bottles from you.

They have removed a visual picture record of every one of 260 bottles i have bought over an eight year period with them. So i have no longer have a visual reference for traceability. In return i have endless pictures of bottles sold that may interest me, that have been previously been bought by someone else, and does not show price acheived.Brilliant!!.I need to see the pictures of my bottles for reference. It would seem to me you have lost the plot and sadly have no clue.Sorry!
