I love visiting this shop it’s a real treat. They have a wonderful selection of various good brands and anything from a casual top to a special occasion dress and shoes and boots. I have made many purchases from here. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. This is my go to place whenever I am looking for anything new to wear. Thank you.

Lovely people , unfortunately jumper I ordered was too large. , very nice email from them sorting me a smaller size. Kind attitude too!

Very helpful over the phone, the order arrived quickly and we'll packaged. Very impressed.

Delivery was very swift, and processing of the return also very swift.
Sadly my purchase didn't work out this time but I would have no hesitation in purchasing from then again.

Great price and quick delivery. However the item I saw on their website and ordered was not the one I received. The jumper was a different colourway. But on contacting Whitefinn I was asked to return it for a refund - although I had to wait for postage to be repaid - which they agreed to as the error was theirs.

Shirt arrived quickly and was very nice but unfortunately the style was too young for me and didn't suit me at all. I had to return it.

I had a call from the shop after doing my order online , just to check it was correct and tell me about delivery ,which I had made a mistake on.. !!! The lovely lady sorted everything out and posted my items the same day , free of charge. Wonderful service . Thank you x

I ordered a cardigan online. 2 days later the amount was refunded. No email, no explanation. Presumably it was sold out ( which I totally understand ) some contact would have been nice though. I wanted the item to wear to a funeral so it was too late to source another. Not very happy
