Prompt service and a quality item of clothing

The dress I ordered from Whitefinn was despatched and received quickly. It turned out to have a small fault and there was no replacement available. However I returned it and was given a refund (including postage) the same day that Whitefinn received it. I would certainly consider ordering from them again

My new dress was dispatched speedily . I appreciated not having to pay postage but found out at checkout that the 10% discount in all items did not apply to the one I ordered, which does seem misleading.

Seasalt were out of stock, Whitefinn came to my rescue, delivered in good time, and just what I had asked for, thank you. Shame it arrived signed for, as Postman refused to leave in our SAFE PLACE, so that caused a delay, not a problem really.

My dress has just arrived after its long international journey and I am delighted with it! It fits perfectly, is well constructed, and the material and colour are great. I recently purchased a dress and the customer service I received was outstanding. The size I ordered was out of stock and I received an email offering another size which I accepted. The item was delivered the following day by hand couldn't be more pleased with dress and service I received.
