A beautiful product that sits perfectly alongside your furniture and decor. A piece of play equipment that you don’t need to hide away when people come round, it takes pride of place and we’ve had so many comments/compliments…oh and the Little One loves it! Excellent service .Ball pit came in 2 days. Superb quality and very comfortable for little ones to play in . The balls are high quality,not like the cheap ones that dent in and go out of shape

Where to start. I bought a ball pit for my sons first Christmas and the quality was amazing. The customer service was unlike any other I’ve ever had. No question was too much hassle. Come my sons first birthday I knew we needed to get the step and slide. He loves it. The material is not only super stylish it’s so soft to touch but very durable. If you have any doubts about buying one you shouldn’t. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!

Five stars doesn’t seem high enough for this review. I have been following whittlebird on social media for over a year and fell in love with the products. Decided to invest in the climb and roll and midi castle blocks for my daughters 2nd birthday. As always I left things a little late and at point of order realised then ten day turnaround would mean the items would arrive after my LGs birthday. A quick message on Instagram led to a speedy reply to advise that there was one of each in stock and if I placed my order the items would be on the truck the next day. Fantastic customer service from the off! I received the items this morning and I honestly can’t believe the quality, it’s exceeded my expectations and I know my daughter is going to be over the moon when she sees them. If I had a bigger house I’d be ordering a lot more. A big thank you to whoever dealt with my enquiry and order, your help is very much appreciated.

Hi, I ordered the midi step and slide Monday night, & just received it this morning.

I just wanted to say it’s perfect, & my daughter is going to love it in a few weeks for her first birthday.

Cannot believe the quality, not the speed of delivery (I paid for next day as I worried it might not arrived in time, but still didn’t expect it to actually be next day)

My maternity finishes this weekend so I’ve been very focused on her birthday to take my mind off of going back to work, & this has just made me even more excited for 17th May. So Thankyou, thankyou so much.

Great blocks but what impressed me more was the customer service. Courier didn’t turn up, said we weren’t at home, we were, informed customer services, as it was a birthday gift, sorted with next day (Sunday) delivery even though courier sent a message stating Monday delivery. Thank you.

Amazing quality, my baby loves it. Easily cleaned and can have the slide/steps which ever way you want. The ball pit is super soft and easy for my 11 month old to get in and out!

We ordered this as a first birthday gift for my son. He loves the steps, block and slide so much. In 2 days I can see his confidence has grown manoeuvring around all the blocks. The set is very sturdy and well made and very easy to clean. I underestimated how big the set was (not a complaint) and now I think I need a bigger house! But I cannot wait until the weather gets warmer as we can move the set into the garden and my little one can enjoy it. It is also great for older kids too. We have a 7year old and he absolutely loves playing with the blocks, with his little brother and on his own, the two of them are playing really well despite the age difference because of the blocks. If you’re thinking of getting any of the sets, don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. It is great. Also just to mention, delivery was fab arrived on-time without delay and I got a confirmation email and delivery slot.
