I ordered the step and slide and a ball pit and needed within the week, whoever I contacted replied instantly and gave me updates on dispatch and assured me I would get my delivery before the date I needed. It came securely packaged and they gave me express delivery. It is perfect and I love that it comes in white! Xx

I originally brought the gorgeous pastel step and slide for my daughters 1st birthday however I then purchased a grey luxury ball pit with pastel balls in a flash sale. Both times the contact has been super and really helpful. Would highly recommend as quality is amazing!

I recently purchased a step and slide soft play for my sons first birthday. I left it quite close to the date of his birthday to order but Whittlebird were so helpful and made sure it was here in time and he absolutely loves it along with my two year old! Couldn't rate highly enough.

We ordered the ‘mini play step & slide’ and it’s absolutely fantastic! Our 1 year old loves it, the size is perfect for our house as it’s not huge and can be easily stored away. Great quality and lovely colours. We ordered on the express delivery to arrive before Christmas and unfortunately our order was lost (no fault of the shop!), they sent another one immediately on next day delivery so that we had it for Christmas which was amazing! Can’t fault the company for their excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use in the future!

Amazing customer service and product. I had an issue where there was a website glitch when I ordered and the website didn't process my choice of colour balls correctly. Unfortunately when the ball pit arrived the balls were a pastel colour selection rather than the black white and grey I ordered. I contacted the company and Ashleigh went above and beyond to get the issue sorted. Despite being out of stock of what I needed, and it being 2 weeks from Xmas, she contacted another supplier and got the balls sent with 3 days to spare. Ashleigh has also confirmed she will pay postage for me to return the incorrect balls, which is so helpful.
The product itself is fantastic and so aesthetically pleasing.
I really would not hesitate to order again due to the great product and fantastic customer service.

I would highly recommend whittlebird. I contacted them on Instagram for advice about soft play for my nine month old. They responded extremely quickly to tell me their recommendations and address my many ruminantions. I ordered a grey step and slide from the express section and it arrived only two days later. It was easy to carry upstairs and set up and my baby absolutely loves it, so I'm confident that I made the right choice. Thank you very much!!

EXTREMELY UPSET. Read on Instagram that they are closing tomorrow (15th Dec at 10pm for Christmas break) Yet we still have not had confirmation our order has been shipped. This was meant to have been done and delivered by 10th December. It is AWFUL customer service that I had to chase on 12th to be told had tummy bug and would be shipped on 13th - now it’s 14th and no email response or response on facebook or instagram but posts have been put out so clearly working.

I would add this is our 2nd Order made in good faith after a item was missing from our first order, then promised to be shipped - chased - went on for over a month - then lied to about being resent and issue with courier - then refunded after they changed email addresses but didn’t divert emails to new inbox. Need to seriously get business organised.

Currently very upset that our daughter won’t get her main gift under the tree. Absolutely terrible customer service and upset for parents during a stressful time. Happy to support family smaller businesses but no excuse for poor customer service and none delivery. If it isn’t coming tell people and issue a refund. All well and good taking peoples money and ruining other people’s festive period.

UPDATE - We have now received our order via DPD on 16th Dec. 6 days after the delivery was meant to arrive and after no communication by the company as to the reasons until chased by myself. However, the company have reported this review to Trustpilot, and are now claiming we have been sent 2 items, when we received 3 boxes from DPD. We have wrapped the 2 boxes and taken the 2 smaller blocks out of the 3rd box and wrapped them. I fail to see how the 2 boxes wrapped are large enough to have a duplicate item in. However, when opened on xmas morning if they contain any duplicate blocks over the set description on the internet then they can be collected at your cost in the New Year as we have plans over the Christmas break and I am not waiting in another day for a delivery/collection we have been messed around enough by this company. Only updating now on here as I don’t see why this review should be taken down and I hope others are not having to face the incompetencies of this firm at this time of year. We have as you said spent a lot of money with you.

I received my order last night and I’m amazed with how lovely it is. The quality is brilliant and I have no complaints. Initially there was some issues with delivery but I got in contact and this was solved very easily and with lovely customer service.

Excellent product! Easy to wipe down and very nice colours! My son absolutely loves the slide! Haven’t had the chance to play with the castle yet, but I’m sure he’ll love that too!
