I now use WholefoodsBox regularly. I am on a low sodium diet and shops only have mid to high salt content products. WholefoodsBox has loads of low sodium products that taste fabulous and are healthy. The staff are helpful with any questions and quick to answer. Product is packed well and arrives quickly. Also free delivery if your order is over £60 pounds. I will be using them a lot.

It was so good to be able to find some vegan cheeses, in flavours that are hard to find. I was also pleased with my other items. Delivery wasn't too long either.

My order was delivered quick, as I was Told. I was happy how my order was well packaged and delivered safely.

Quality organic products delivered quickly.

Update: If you send them an email after you ordered, you can request denim liners to be used instead of wool liners.🙂 Excellent choice of plant-based foods. Great service which is sadly being let down by the fact that they use sheep's wool liners to wrap the chilled and frozen items in. They have Styrofoam boxes as an alternative but ignored my request to use that and sent my chilled items wrapped in sheep's wool liners anyway. Very disappointed.

Had no issues with the order itself, arrived well packed, the only problem is with the courier company (APC) - only half an hour notification before the delivery itself and a courier left the package next to the door on the street (not really a safe area) - luckily I was at home and went out to pick it up.

I liked being able to have my favourite yoghurt and tortillas delivered. However the tortillas were supposed to be frozen and weren’t. The delivery was slow arriving 6 days after purchasing with no email confirming when they’d be sent on purchase. The parcel was left but not in specific safe place as requested due to disability. Also a polystyrene box with plastic ice packs were delivered which are not environmentally friendly and hard to dispose of other than landfill. Disappointing but the yogurt is great!

Speedy delivery and brilliantly packaged as order contained both chilled and cupboard based foods. Products received were as described online. Would definitely use again.

Great product which was impossible to find anywhere else. Very competitive price but the best bit was the packaging. Insulated with a recycled and recyclable wool fleece. Am so very impressed with this company. No being hounded with emails either. Just excellent.

I can’t find Xmas advent calendar which my son keen to get this year anywhere. Sold out everywhere. Only this shop and good price! Brilliant

Purple potatoes from whoole food were soo tasty best ive had firm beautiful colour flavour was impressive whether roasted mashed boiled scrumpttious !!!

Awful customer service. Impossible to get hold of. Even when you do they lie to you.

Great range of products and fast delivery - and all frozen products arrived completely frozen! Will be ordering again.

The ‘service’ was an expensive delivery which was delayed due to driver running out of time! The item ordered was a vegan Bluffalo Notzarella. What a terrible waste of money. It tasted of absolutely nothing so the play on the words Buffalo Mozarella is incredibly misleading. I wasn’t expecting it to taste like the real thing but I did expect it to taste of something! Don’t waste your money chaps.
