Asked to write a review when product order not only was not acknowledged but product certainly was not delivered to my address ? I’ve yet to see it ?

I placed an order and paid and realised the following day I had forgotten to something. I contacted Wholefoods and they sorted out my issue and refunded me my 2nd delivery charge. Excellent customer service and excellent products. Thank you, I will definately use you again!

The shipping of the items was very quick. The site is easy to order from. Unfortunately when they arrived the jars had leaked and it was a bit of a mess.

This is the best priced Ezekiel Bread I can find. Delivery is always prompt and well packed. I have ordered multiple times and will continue to use them for ‘hard to find’ and organic products.

Took longer to arrive than expected.
Found tomato’s over ripe, skins split and quite tasteless.

Superb selection and very good quality fruit and veg that is not readily available. The heritage tomatoes and asparagus are delicious!

This was my third time ordering from WholeFoodBox, and they continue to impress me. They offer a great selection of items that are hard to find in regular supermarkets. Each time, my order has arrived promptly and been impeccably packed. Initially, I was a bit worried about how well the chilled or frozen items would hold up during delivery, but their specialized packaging kept everything perfectly fresh and at the right temperatures.
