Avoid this company at all costs

Pre-ordered a set of Pops for July delivery. July came and went, no contact from the company, no product arrived. Suddenly I can't log in to my account as my "email can't be found." I emailed several times asking for an update, no reply. Finally emailed asking for a cancellation, and got an email saying they were just soooo busy that it would take them weeks to reply to my email, so if I needed an urgent cancellation, email again with URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST as the subject. I did that. It's been a week, no response. I've just had to open a Paypal claim against them. Avoid at all costs.

Crap Company

Same as everyone else. This company sucks. Paid for preorder in February for June release. It's August 7, and they don't answer e-mails. I'm going to dispute this on my CC bill. If I could rate a zero...

Pretty much the same experience as…

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Placed pre-order in February and it is now July 30th and I still haven't received anything ... just emailed customer service for refund. We'll see what comes of that.

Don't fall for the 40% pop order…

Don't fall for the 40% pop order discount. I order my pop because of the discount and they never came. Good thing my purchase was protect through PayPal. I m gonna stay away from this companies in the future. This is definity a scam to me.

I wish I would have seen this earlier. Lol. I placed a preorder for 2 common pops a year ago. July 23, 2017. Release was Sept i think. They kept pushing dates for release even tho I was seeing them in stores. So they respond after numerous emails and say they should be sending them in October. Then I emailed in December about that order. Said they should have em out in February. I left it alone. I was curious to see if they would keep my money for a full year without offering a refund or something. I preorder a speciality serious pop about the same time, had it out with them about both orders, they sent the other within a month after I got nasty. But a full year for 2 commons? Wow. It was the 2 mystery science theater pops. It was a deal for ordering the pair. So I thought great. I just sent a nasty email to them minutes ago, I mentioned it to a group I'm in and someone send they think they shut down. Is this true? Is my money gone? I know it's lIke $18, but it's the point. I could go get a couple of those New Girl pops I've been eyeballing. Lol. I'm gonna say it like everyone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
And can anyone confirm they shut down? I did go poke around the site and notice there haven't been any recent pops put up.

I am Terribly Livid with Wildcard Toys Screwing so many people!!!

I have spent plenty of money over the last couple of years placing orders with Wildcard Toys for Funko products and the last 4 orders which were from fall 2017 I have not received. I have communicated through emails, phone & social media only to get one reply asking how I would like my refund either PayPal or Money order. I replied with the email I use for my PayPal & that was July 3rd. Not a word since may emails and phone calls. Word online is that the owners have closed the shop & continue to take orders online from unsuspecting customers & they have taken their remaining stock to the different Conventions to sell it off. I have never spoken directly to the owners but I plan on taking legal action & getting both Attorney's General involved. I am considering taking all the information I have gathered to the press as well. Most of the people they have allegedly not paid are of the age of consent but there are parents as well ordering for children who got stiffed. I myself am on a strict budget and the money I spent means allot to me as I cannot work after 25 yrs of my career I had to stop due to Chronic Pain. I am disabled & I am just LIVID!!!

I placed a pre-order in February for an item that was released a month ago. I understand that things take time but I have received no communication from this company. I emailed them and received an automated response that it could take 7 business days to get a response from them. I waited and received nothing. I emailed them again and I still haven't received anything. I don't mind waiting if the company would at least communicate about the status of an order. I can't even say they have poor customer service because they seem to not have any customer service to rate.
UPDATE: I emailed them requesting that they cancel my order and still no response. Do not order from this company unless you like giving away your money.

I placed an order back on Jan 02 2018, still haven't received it. I have been trying to cancel and get a refund but no such luck. So far I have sent 5 emails, they only answered one and it was a complaint about me bothering them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst company I have ever attempted to buy from. Placed a pre-order in May of 2017 for September 2017 release. Items did not come, no update from them. I emailed and got no response until October, stating that the items are not in stock yet. Okay. I waited until their estimated “late October.” Still nothing. Emailed again, estimated delivery pushed back again.

This repeated itself for months and is still going on. I have now sent 3 emails over the past few months asking for updates and have gotten no response at all. I am cancelling the order as soon as possible. Never, and I mean NEVER, buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM WILDCARD TOYS

I placed 2 preorders with Wildcard Toys in Sept '17. After the release date kept getting pushed back, I cancelled my orders and was told that the method I used (Amazon Pay) was not working and I could get a money order. I accepted that in April. I am still waiting. After several e-mails I notified them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. The BBB told me they have stopped trying to contact them because they have had several complaints and have never been able to reach them. AVOID WILDCARD TOYS

Just pay more. Go elsewhere and pay more. Order from Entertainment Earth, Popcultcha, Hot Topic; all the usual suspects. If you're looking for full sets head to eBay.

Just pay more and actually get your items.

I had pre-orders and backordered items "processing" and "preparing for shipment" since before Thanksgiving of last year. After waiting over half a year, I couldn't even cancel my own orders, so I contacted customer service. They cancelled my orders and replied with this email:

We have received your cancellation and refund request for orders #####($77.98) and ##### ($77.35) .The cancellation portion of your request has been completed. Unfortunately, for order ##### we are currently experiencing a technical issue refunding through Amazon Pay. We are diligently working with Amazon to get this resolved but at this time we have no estimate as to when this will be up and running again so we can either issue your refund through PayPal or send you a money order. You did pay for order ###### but it has exceeded the time frame to refund directly back to the card so we can either refund you through PayPal or money order for that order as well. At your earliest convenience please let us know which option works best for you.

That was May 16. I have given them exactly a month since their last contact with me to write this review. If I could give them negative stars I would, they owe me 10 stars as a customer for giving them the benefit of the doubt for 8 months before reporting them to the BBB.

So, once again, as I said go elsewhere. The idea of $9 pre-orders might seems enticing, frequent promotional codes are great; but it doesn't matter how much money you're saving on your orders when you're essentially throwing it away to shady folks, pretending to place "business owners" hiding behind a LLC.

Pre ordered over 100 dollars in pops…

Pre ordered over 100 dollars in pops back in Jan/Feb. These hve all been released at stores since then. Ive ccontacted them many times and recieve no reponse. My bank was no help saying i should have reported it 120 ago...how was i supposed to know my pops werent coming?? Im at a total loss for what to do against a company that doesnt reposnd to anything. They even delete any social media comments i make on them.
Do yourself a favor and buy your toys anywhere else but Wildcard....or Wildfraud imo. I just want my pops so i can sell them, having since bought them elsehwere when they came out. Shoulda known the prices were too good to be true.

Possibly a scam but mainly bad business practices

I purchased an item their website said was in stock. Wildcard Toys are unresponsive thieves

I've been trying to deal with Wildcard for over half a year on canceling an order. It was finally canceled, but now I've been waiting 3-4 months to get my money back. Do not deal with Wildcard Toys. They will take your money and never deliver what their website promises.

So awful

So awful. Pre-ordered figures the beginning of March that were being released in April. Contacted them many times requesting a cancelation and refund and haven’t heard anything else. Very upset and annoyed.

UPDATE

I was able to get in contact with the administration of the company after I filed complaints with my bank. Irritates me that the email they used to contact me is nowhere near the one they make us use for customer service. WIll never buy from this place again...
I have a few orders with them that come out to over $200. When I found out that they would be releasing my pre-orders way after everyone else, I went ahead and bought them elsewhere because they were a gift for my son, and then canceled my remaining orders with Wildcard Toys. I emailed them, called them (they never answer and their mailbox is always full, and I facebook messaged them. That was over three months ago and I have still yet to hear back from them. RIght now they are refusing to answer me and they are holding my money hostage which I pretty much consider stealing from me. I am beginning to become very irritated and thinking of seeking legal action. Not to mention I filed a complaint with the BBB and they told me there was nothing they could do because they could not get in touch with the company either. WTH kind of business is this?!?!

Glad to see that I'm not the only one…

Glad to see that I'm not the only one having so many problems getting these people to respond...after sending them an email 3 weeks ago because I've seen the Funko I pre-ordered all over the internet...they finally emailed me that it won't even be available for shipping until late June, so I won't get it for almost 3 months after the release date...Needless to say they didn't hesitate to take my money back in Feb. If I had known it was going to be 5 months to get this item, & NO customer service or contact I would never have order from them. I've filed a complaint with PayPal...& hope to receive a complete refund ASAP!!! Terrible customer service & ZERO Timely Response!!!
