Bad Bad Bad
Bad Bad Bad. I placed orders in September 2017 . I even divided up the order between Presals and now available. Hoping to get it in time for Christmas. Card was charged and yet no delivery by end of November.. I then contacted them via email. Nothing but crickets. I finally got an answer and they sent about 10% of my order. Today it’s May and I’m still receiving bits and pieces. And some of it is nothing I ordered. No email or tracking they just show up. So now I get to argue with them about stuff I didn’t order and do not want. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
Poor communication
I have a pending pre-order that's due in February. February I asked, they replied to expect it at late April/early May. Communication then is okay. Now it's April/May already, I asked them about it again on facebook 2 weeks ago, got no reply for a week, so I sent them email next, and got an auto reply with estimated arrival dates for popular orders (mine is Mid June). Right after that, I sent them a request to cancel that order with the "URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST" subject line (like they required), and it's been more than a week without any response. So terrible.
If you want a response
If you want a response, you have to tag them via social media so it is known in public putting them on the spot. I cancelled my pre order on 4/19. Still waiting on refund. No customer service at all.

I placed a pre-order on September 4, 2017 to be delivered in January 2018. January came and went. I reached out to the company and heard nothing. Three weeks later, they responded to say that the order had been pushed back (every other competitive site like Amazon had item), and wouldn't be available until the beginning of March. It's mid-April. They stole my money and will not respond. Do not buy from this company.
Customer Support Non Existent! ...Until you right a negative review.
I placed a pre-order in Feb. and realized that is wasn't associate with my account I have wrote them 3 emails and called them around 10 times leaving 1 successful message (the other attempts took me to a this mailbox is full message) and reached out to there customer support via Facebook messenger. it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a peep.
Update:With in approx 4 hours of writing this and a second request via Facebook messenger I got them to respond. Unfortunately they say they do not have the technology to associate my order with my account. I replied back instantly WTH a follow up question but no reply as of yet. So it appears if you want customer support you have to write a negative review.
Preordered in June 2017 for a November…
Preordered in June 2017 for a November 2017 release. They keep delaying and delaying after e-mailing every month. It is now April 2018 and still haven't received my order. I might as well just bought them in the stores and had them already. They take a week to respond to your e-mails. DO NOT PREORDER
Pre-ordered for a November ship date in…
Pre-ordered for a November ship date in October and have since been told (only through my consistent emailing which usually took them 2+ weeks to respond to) that delivery would be pushed to December, then January, then February, and now April. I recently asked them if they will be able to guarantee an April ship date (which seems reasonable as it is five months after the original one) and have gotten no response. Horrible customer service and they take no responsibility for the fact that they charged me four months ago for something that is now three months late and is listed as “back-ordered” on the website.

Horrible customer service. Pre-ordered an item and paid for it to be delivered before the 25th of December. I was informed that it would be delivered the week after the 25th. Then in January then the end of January. I have still not received my product and they will not return my calls or emails.
Beware Pre-Ordering
If you are going to purchase anything from Wildcard Toys, make sure it's already in stock. Their pre-orders never seem to arrive anywhere near the release date. It's very frustrating ordering something months in advance of its release to ensure you'll be able to get it, and then weeks past the release date you see your item all over the place at local stores, but still your "pre-order" hasn't shipped. In certain circumstances, they also impose an order cancellation fee.
3 months later, never shipped
Ordered Pop Figures on pre-order back in July, supposed to be sent in August. At the end of August I emailed them asking for an update since I hadn't received my order. They said there was an issue i the Pre-Order and I would get my products Mid-September. In October I requested another update since I STILL didn't have my products or even a shipping confirmation. Again, there was another issue and I was told they'd be shipped Mid-October The beginning of November I cancelled the order because 3 months late is unacceptable. Won't be purchasing from here any longer.
