Friendly, polite professional and just all round good eggs

Been going to this practice since I was 16 (nearly 70years) and always had great service.

Always helpful and friendly - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Spoke to receptionist regarding emergency consultation due to eye infection. The staff were brilliant and I spoke to Willis who was tremendous and provided excellent treatment. I’m now on the mend and it’s thanks to the excellent care at Wilkies .

Wilkies have been looking after my eye health for almost 50 years now and I have always found them to be reliable and efficient in the care of my eyesight. Both the professional and front of house staff are polite and thorough in performing their duties.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as an opticians for those that are considering the need for such services.

Very thorough eye test very helpful with the options given

Much more a personal experience. Choice of quick appointment times. Optometrist was very pleasant, helpful, explained everything he was doing in understandable terms. Discussed all procedures in detail as well as the options available following his examination. Given my prescription and further review appointment in 12 months or before if any problems.

My experience at the Dumbarton Wilkies Eyecare could`nt of been any more pleasant. The staff on the front desk were so helpful and went out their way to make sure I was happy with my glasses frames and were also so accommodating to getting my appointments sorted. I would like to also highlight how great Jack was with me, I speak for myself , mum and dad also when I say he was so gentle and very comforting whilst also up for making it fun and have a joke. I have just went through the process of trying contacts for the first time and without Jacks help and patience it wouldnt have been possible. I had a few appointments and everytime I was asked by mulitple staff how i was getting on and any concerns etc. Great team working here who all care about what they are doing and making your experience 10/10. Thank you!
