Great staff & fast

Felt so relaxed and went above and beyond to help me

I have attended for many years and over the years the same consistent care and service has been offered.

Everything explained very clearly and options for potential changes to my contact lens explained. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have seen several different opticians over the decades as a customer, and the service from all has been excellent. You can make an appointment to see a specific optician if you wish.

I made an appointment as I felt there were some issues with my eyes in relation to developing cataracts. The optician was very nice and listened very carefully to my description of the problem and noted everything. She then then fully explained the situation and reassured me. She carried out further tests to rule out anything more sinister and that was reassuring too. Finally she explained all the options and after a discussion where I did not feel rushed and could talk through the issues, the appropriate advice was given and referrals made. I always find that I get great service and am never rushed. It might be cheaper occasionally at some of the chains but I'd far rather go local and you probably also get what you pay for. My eyes are too important to skimp on.

I put my white gold wedding band in for recoating and it looks brand new! Much better than previous jobs done elsewhere. We also replaced one of my wife’s rings as it was badly damaged and she is so happy. The service we got was first class and the ring choices we were given excellent
