A complete scam. Avoid this company at all cost. Any positive reviews you see are clearly written by people associated with the company. Their customer service consist of deceptively nicely worded emails that when read carefully are dismissive and deceptive.

Ordered a jacket from them in September with rushed expedited shipping. They said it would be a few days, it’s been a month and the email excuses are really starting to stink. Avoid their business if you can. Still waiting on the jacket.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! My son was so excited about a blazer on this site that he wanted to wear to Homecoming. I ordered this on 9/3/21 and still haven’t received any tracking information. They quickly took my money but I have yet to receive my item. It says shipping is usually 5-7 business days…lies!!!!!!! I have emailed them several times and all I get is an auto-reply stating that someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours and it never happens!! No one has gotten back to me and I still haven’t received the item that I paid for!!! I will be disputing this transaction with my bank!!!!

I got scammed from this brand and nothing arrived. bought 6 items... what a waste of time.... chargeback on its way.

Scam website, sadly. I was recommended them by an agency who had not had dealings with them before. The clothes were extremely stylish with quite pricey tags, so I thought it would be legit. Ended up spending near on $200 for a jacket. It took almost 2 months to get to me with dodgy tracking and no help from their support team. When I received it, it was the quality of a cheap party shop jacket. It felt like plastic, there were bits of string hanging off it, and it looked incredibly cheap. I immediately messaged customer support and asked for a refund and they replied with the following quotes over several emails of avoiding the very clear question I'd asked: "I'm sooo sorry about that." "How about you keep the order and we will refund you 20% of your entire paid amount." "We'll be happy to offer 30% off to lessen the trouble of returning the item." Eventually I settled on the 30% refund. It never came through and it never will. Don't shop with these guys, it's not worth it.

This experience with them has been the worst. I paid 80 dollars for a pair of shoes I ordered over a month ago and still have yet to receive anything from them. They have sent email after email stating my package was shipping but when you look up the tracking number nothing is to be found.Please don’t waste your money you will be highly disappointed.

I wish I could do negative stars. They are a scam. They refuse to provide tracking information, no matter how much or nicely you ask. I asked for a refund because it hasn’t shipped, and they refuse to provide it. I also see they are a Chinese company, not American as advertised. Their site advertises 3-4 week shipping, but they are telling me it will be much longer, with no valid reason.

It is a wonderful store, since I have known it I have seen that they launch good offers and wonderful products, it is great I recommend it

COMPLETED SCAM. the other 5 star reviews are also scams. YOU WILL lose your money if you shop here. I filed a report to police about them.

From this store, the best in my opinion are the shirts, the fabric, the designs, they really are unique and durable. In addition, the prices are very good compared to the competition. Very good experience.

Do not waste you money on this store. They are scammers. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. A week passed package was never shipped. I turn around told them not to ship at that point I don’t need item to refund my money. The next day the package was supposedly shipped. I never received anything but they saying the tracking says it was delivered and now I don’t have no package or my money. Such a scam. Don’t buy.

Absolute garbage. They advertise through Instagram and claim to have quality products. But as soon as I received a tracking number that’s when I knew I’d been tricked. They ship from China and their products are trash. Then when your order has been in process for a week or so it gets shipped (if you’re lucky) then when it arrives in port customs they request duty fees of $150+ and hold your products ransom until you pay up. And good luck with their customer service. They just delay delay and delay never getting anything addressed. This company is garbage and 1000% a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered my slice Blazer June 28,2021 and to no surprise no updates vague emails and no return phone calls! I sent numerous emails and paid for expedited shipping just to now had to buy another jacket for my wedding rehearsal dinner! I can honestly say they hid the fact it comes from China and also your item isn’t even traceable! Can’t track it the entire time! It is now 8/16/2021 and I still don’t have it ! Avoid this company it’s a scam and they are getting away with thousands of customers hard earned money ! I wish I could’ve gave negative stars !

My order took TEN WEEKS to arrive.

I routinely wear shirts/coats sized “Large” and sometimes “Medium” and they fit well. I ordered a sports coat in a size “Large” and it’s labeled as being a “Large” but it was extremely small - sleeves were at least 4” short, it was very tight in the shoulders and was so small I couldn’t button it in the front. This vendor is HORRIBLE - don’t order from William-David - if you do you’ll regret it!

This has to be the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. I have sent several emails asking for return information and a refund. Instead I get emails asking me to "think it over again". Mind you there was no paperwork with the item I purchased. When it came in, I never even opened it up, as the jacket was like heavy material, clearly something you dont want in the summer in Texas! I have now sent my final email to them and along with it, this bad review of their company. Shame on them. I would have bought something else had they just refunded me, and not given me a hard time. My order took almost four weeks to arrive, long after the event. Quality was poor and I settled for a 40% partial refund to avoid having to ship it back to China. They were quick to respond to emails but it was not handled to my satisfaction. Think twice before ordering from this company.
