The comments in this session are all correct, legitimate and real.

I helped my friends purchase something in Jan 2024. The series of event incur in the following order:
1. Made 2 orders from DW Style and immediately a tracking numbers were sent
2. The tracking numbers were never updated and I emailed their customer service and they said it took a month to deliver
3. For the first month, I kept emailing their customer service but a general automated responses only received.
4. No updated after the first month so I called the customer service (only 1 woman was handling it in Canada) and she said she had no access to the system and all she knew the orders were lost and they said they will issued a refund and she said she escalating it to a senior agent but of course no replies from the "senior agent" even received.
5. After 3 months and multiple calls and emails, no updated for refund.
6. In the 3th months, they said they will issue me store credit (I refused) and it goes nowhere
7. I followed up 4th months, they insisted to issue me store credit from my original email to refuse to accept it.
8. I reported the transactions to my credit card for fraudulent activities due to "FAKE" tracking number, "NO REFUND - against their company policy", no products.

IT IS A SCAM. THEY WANT TO DELAY THE PROCESS AS LONG AS POSSIBLE SO THE BUYER WILL GIVE UP. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BUY FROM VOIR STYLE, DW STYLES, DAVID WILLIAMS CLOTHING.

They have many websites under the same company. IT IS A SCAM.

This business is completely fake. They do not have real products -- they just take your money and then pretend that the order is delayed. These people have run multiple other fake fashion websites.

It’s crazy I came here to write a review and I see so many like the one I want to write. They are scammer’s. They will NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. They have HORRIBLE customer’s service. I’ve been trying to get a refund on my jackets for almost two months now. I’ve seen sooo many emails and just keep getting the same response. I even called the phone representative only contact to the company is to email them. Like HTF does that work??

I too placed an order over a year ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered. Tons of lies via email. I've requested a refund and was ignored. This is a horrible thing that they are still operating and stealing from people and nothing has been done.

company is a complete sham. never received goods. responses are bogus, computer generated or from an answering service. Fake refund emails. They even enlisted me in a monthly membership (without my knowledge or permission) and started charging $19.95 a month. BBB and FTC notified, yet the company still exists and is still scamming consumers as we speak.

The only reason I give this company one star is because there's not an option on this review site to give a zero star rating. I placed an order in mid-December and as of 3/23, still no product. No doubt I was given a phony tracking number. IF the item was ever shipped it's been lost. It takes customer service a week to respond via email. Requested a refund and continue to be given the complete run around. The positive reviews of satisfied customers and constant notification posts that pop up on their web-site indicating customers are placing orders in real time are fake. Don’t be fooled by this ruse. I guess when you scam customers you can afford to have an office in a high rent district of Los Angeles as they claim to have. More than likely this is fake too. This company is a complete scam. Unless you have money you want to kiss goodbye, stay away!

horrible! scam! ordered a jacket for prom and came late, in a plastic clear bag squished in the mailbox, wrinkled. was too small and when i went to return it they gave me the run around about the return policy. then they gave me a address to send it back too, and said i would be refunded and they never refunded the money and customer service stopped responding. do not order from here! customer service has no phone number or correct address to company! total fraud!

I would give this a score of Zero if I could. I ordered a Suit Jacket in June 2022. Nothing has been sent or received. I have emailed in excess of 20 times asking for updates and explanations. I was strung along on at first and then all communication ceased. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

Zero stars! Fraudulent scammers! Don’t go there. 10 months since order placed. Their customer support won’t respond now but 6 months ago were saying it was almost in transit. The problem is that once they did deliver but now the business model is a complete scam

William David is the utmost this dishonest and disrespectful company in the whole wide world. I purchased a jacket on November 24th 2022 and as on January 15th 2023 I have not received the jacket I have been in contact with their customer service who kept saying that the item was shipped and is in transit, maybe the should put a GPS on their shipment. My advise to anyone thinking about buying from the unscrupulous people just DO NOT DO IT THEY ARE NOT HONEST

This will be the 2nd Christmas and New Years without my jackets I ordered 2 years ago!😭
YES!, I have dealt with numerous “ customer service “ reps, ( over 100 emails!), live conversations with employees..all saying” it will be shipped soon’!
I even recently was sent a order processing update ( 1 month ago .. that was going from China to Australia!).. I live in Canada!
After several emails today.. with no response, I am STILL waiting for my two dinner jackets from 2 years ago!

I also ordered a cutting board from him on Etsy. It came broken in half. He said he would replace it and gave multiple excuses as why I haven't received it yet. He never replaced it and ripped me off for the tune of nearly 300 dollars. I asked for my money back and he stopped communication withe. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON.HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Had I read reviews prior to purchase obviously I wouldn’t have done it. These folks have terrible reviews EVERYWHERE and for good reason. To shorten it…I ordered and canceled all within the span of a few hours. Calls and emails to cancel were not heeded because DAYS after I canceled they still shipped it. Alex lied and said it was canceled and I’d be refunded but days later he says it couldn’t be canceled because it was already shipped. I have the tracking information it was NOT shipped until DAYS after I asked to cancel. Now they say send it back if I still want a refund SMDH DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT IN CALIFORNIA AS FALSELY ADVERTISED! THEY ARE SHIPPING LOW QUALITY PRODUCT FROM CHINA AND THATS IF THEY SEND YOU ANYTHING AT ALL!!

Total scam. Paypal had to step in to refund. Chinese company trying to appear legit with a US "office".

Just like everyone else said, do not buy anything from this site! They scammed me too! Ordered 3 suits thinking I was getting a good deal but that wasn’t the case. They said one of the suits were out of stock. They could’ve sent the other 2 that were supposedly in stock but never did. Ordered in April and now October still nothing. Asked for refund in August and they said they processed it. Haven’t received nothing. They keep saying they’re looking into it but keep giving me the run around. Someone needs to take their website down. They’re a bunch of scammers big time!

Total scam. I ordered three items on May 8th- still no tracking now in late October. They respond to emails but only to apologize and lie and then weeks later, repeat the process. I filed a claim with PayPal for a refund since I’m running out of time almost six months from my order!
