The company leads you to believe that their merchandise is prestige but don’t be fooled. The quality is extremely poor like flee market and their customers service is just as terrible. Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage. If I could, I would have left zero stars.

I have a full suit and couple of shirts bought from William David. I love them. They fit my body perfectly and they look so good and fresh. The material quality is nice, feels comfortable on the skin. They have quick delivery and I can't wait to give myself a treat now for Christmas.

If you want a nice shirt you have to buy it here. I ordered The "Tropicana" Long Sleeve Shirt at a good price and received it on time, well packaged. I especially adore their team which welcomes and responds regularly to their customers. The products here are good quality, Really it's nice to buy something here

In my previous review, I mentioned my item was in its “fulfillment process” for two months. This is my latest update. I demanded for a refund numerous times and they finally said my request was sent to the “fulfillment” team. It has been two, almost three weeks, AND I still don’t have my refund. This “team” is fake. I do not believe there is such a team, even if there is, this company continues to refuse my refund request. I also genuinely believe the US address is a P.O. Box, not a warehouse or business offices.

My wife ordered a suit for our son a month ago so he would have it in time for homecoming in December. These incapable excuses for customer service representatives keep claiming that is a problem wit USPS, however I spoke to the postal service this morning and was told that they have not even received the package yet, nearly a month after the order was placed!!! Will never order from this joke of a company ever again!!!

Their products are quite good and their deliveries are immediate, they really are a great work group and their attention speaks of how well they are doing things.

Absolute joke, I ordered a jacket months ago its nowhere to be seen. Think twice about ordering from this supplier. Unless you like throwing away your money. Disgusting.

I ordered a jacket for my husband. We natured as advised and sized accordingly. We ordered well in advance. After 3 weeks I wrote and asked where was thei item. They had lost the order. Then they said the item was shipped and lost. A different story each time. When it came it was at least 2 sizes too small. My husband could not even get it over his shoulders. We sent it back for a refund as per instructions. It is THREE MONTHS LATER. We still have no refund. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FRIM THUS COMPANY.

I could not give this company a lower rating. I waited over 2 months months for my item to be shipped, and was never contacted or updated once by them. Every time I reached out to them I was told shipping was imminent, until they told me after 75 days that the item was actually sold out. When I requested my money back, they told me I need to wait for confirmation from their fulfillment team and they are working towards "the best possible resolution", whatever that means. Anyway, I ordered this item 3 months ago, never received it, and they have been stalling for over a week about refunding my purchase.

Every product that is offered is great! Before I decided to stop here I wasn't really that interested in fashion and what I wear, but now that I've been offered variety, affordable prices, and quality that matches the most expensive brands - I'm definitely more content with what I wear.

They do not ship what they advertised! They then give false information regarding why I did not receive what I ordered! I ordered a 2-piece Jacket & waistcoat, but only received the jacket! They then offered me another product at a discount, then said the problem was the shipping company, but the package arrived fine, it just did not contain what I ordered.

I rate them a zero, worst online experience, they told me they have forwarded my shipment to their courier, a few weeks later they told me they dont have the item in stock. Really… after saying its been forwarded to the courier. I have requested for a refund and they haven’t paid it out two weeks later. Crap crap service dont buy from them

Do not order from William//David. I ordered a jacket for my son on August 31, 2021. It's November 7th, 2021 and I have only received empty promises to follow up on my order. When prices for clothing are lower than normal on the internet, beware!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, like me.

I ordered a few products back in May, 2021. It’s now October 23, 2021 and I still haven’t received my products. They’ve refused to give me a refund and told me to keep waiting.

I checked before purchasing about sizing and was assured it was correct. I ordered, it took forever to arrive. Now this is where the fun begins... trying to return or exchange. First they offered me to buy more at a discount. Then, they want me to take photo etc and send them before they approve the return. Where they don't cover the very expensive freight costs and charge me a minimum of 20% to restock the item. WARNING! Think twice.

I would defintely recommend this website! What I like most about it are their unique design, every piece of clothing looks like art! It is the perfect site for people who know the real meaning of fashion! The customer service is the best out there! They are always available to asnwer general questions about the products and provide correct delivery information!
