Great experience- ordered from Canada, and I’m Very pleased with their customer service, step-by-step transit info, speed of delivery, and the stylish uniqueness and excellent fit of the 2 blazers I received.

Exceptional service. I live in a small town and for this reason I thought that they would not be able to bring the package to my door. That surprised me! Best of all, I found the price to have been quite affordable.

Ordered a jacket from them in early December for a NYE party. I’m a bigger guy so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had larger sizes listed on their site.

Jacket didn’t ship until after New Years. Order was fulfilled out of China.

When the jacket arrived it was cartoonishly small.(think Chris Farley in David Spade’s jacket in Tommy Boy.)

I returned it within a few days of receiving it. They acknowledged receiving my package. I waited a few days and heard nothing so I emailed to follow and was told that they had issues processing my refund via the card I used to make the payment(strange?) but would be able to do so using paypal. I provided them with my PayPal info and heard nothing. Followed up a week later and got an “apology”.

Overall, this company is trash and I would highly warn against doing business with them.

*UPDATE* - currently working with my bank to obtain a refund. Also noticed that all of their positive reviews seem like they were written by non-native English speakers. They don’t seem very organic.

William David is the best men's fashion store because it has the latest fashion trends with great designs and great prices and discounts. A couple of days ago I bought a Long Sleeve T-shirt from The "Quentin" and the delivery was very fast. I like William David because he is always updating his networks like instagram to show us the best of men's fashion.

I ordered a suit from here for my sons high school ball in April I contacted customer support to ask about shipping times I was told items would be shipped 3-5 days after paying it has been 3 weeks and still nothing has been sent. Many emails back and forth and first the excuse was snow storm in the warehouse then waiting on the supervisor won’t issue a refund won’t cancel my order and won’t tell me when my order will be shipped. STAY AWAY THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

IF YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM DO NOT EXCPECT A REFUND!!! Will never order from them again. I returned my item back in December and they acknowledged receipt and have received numerous emails saying they are chasing the refund still have not refunded the money. today I received an email that they claim they can only refunds via PayPal. what a load of crap I didn't pay them via PayPal therefor they should refund to the account they money was paid from. the refund policy does not say the only form of refund if PayPal.

I have tried several clothes from this brand and I really like it. They are unique and different than the others. The quality is decent for the price. All in all, It's good to give it a try and buy something

Very nice jacket and great fabric, delivery on time, but I had to send it back because it was not my size, but I got great help from customer service, and in less than a week, I received the jacket, which fits me perfectly and in addition a voucher for 10% off, for the trouble.I will be back very soon to buy W-D products.

I am extremely pleased with this store, their products are of excellent quality and the shipping was fast. The online service has been the best and they also have exclusive products which makes it more attractive.

Took way longer for both orders to be delivered that estimated. The customer service team dose not speak English in a way that is helpful. Items look nothing like the website pictures or description. They sent me bowties that are not actual bowties and that was not listed anywhere in the description. Package tracking is horrible. Sizing way way off from the sizing chart and they didn't even send me the size I ordered for 2 items. I disputed the charge and just got notified that I would not get that money back, so now I am here and I will report them to the BBB. Please take your money somewhere else.

I liked the attractive designs, especially for the young individuals. Using various colors that add a modern touch to the clothes really caught my eyes.
