The jacket quality was fine, but they took a month to ship it. When I got concerned about how long it was taking, I contacted them and asked if I could just cancel it, and they said no, I would have to wait for it to arrive and then return it. But they don't accept returns, other than for store credit. I don't want store credit at a store that takes a month to ship and lies about their refund policy.

Do not order from this unethical establishment. They do not honor their refund policy. I ordered a jacket for an event. The jacket did not come in time so I requested a refund. They told me we can start the refund process once I received the item. When the item was received, I requested the refund and they asked for pictures of item, front, back and size tag. They then refused to refund since the item wasn’t defected. I no longer need the item because it didn’t come in time for my event. They didn’t honor their word with delivery times or refunds according to their online policy. How fraudulent!

A pair of shoes that did not match my expectations (very heavy and smelling like rubber because of the material used for the sole). I bought the pair three months ago and decided to return it. I had to pay half the price in package fee for the return because these shoes were so heavy. As of now and three months later they still have not refunded me. They keep on sending me excuses on why it has not been processed yetD incredible and so unprofessional. They cannot refund on the credit card used neither on PayPal which they suggested. At this point I consider it fraudulent behavior. How complicated is it to do a refund, honestly?!

After months of back and forth emails to get my refund I have decided to File a Class Action Lawsuit against William David and it's Employees for knowingly scamming customers from their refunds and fraudulent representations of online. If any other customers who have Not received their refunds and have returned their items please contact me at maliakamandley@gmail. I will be in the process of Getting my Class Action Firm to begin this process to File a Law Suit for all customers who have been wronged. Thank you

This company is a total scam and fraud…believe all the one star reviews…we have all been duped…
I have appealed to Pay Pal for a refund and assistance to help stop others get ripped off by this fake business.
I only can pray that bad karma touches all those that are participating in this scam…

Absolutely a scam site. 2 months without anything other than scripted replies via email. Zero tracking, nothing. Was able to cancel via paypal so thank God the turds won't get my money. But just know, like the many other Chinese companies that prey on us stupid Americans, this is right at the top of the list. They do a great job with pumping their fake reviews on the sites to lure people in. I'm making it my mission now to get send these turds straight to hell.

Ordered jacket 1 size up incase it ran small arrived 2 sizes to small, cheap shinny material , they refused a refund told me to give to someone I love I told them I couldn't love someone and give them such a poor quality jacket. Since I'm stuck with it I'll burn in fire pit one night only use it has don't buy anything from them its very poor quality and they expect to take it or else.

Scammers. Buyer beware. They do not honour the return exchange policy. Long shipping times, poor customer service. Stuck with an item I don’t want.

It's not a legitimate company. They will not honor and process a refund on merchandise they received back over three months ago. Every email and/or chat is fruitless. They do not have a general manager. All they say over and over again is that they understand how disappointed I feel and they will look into it. Do NOT purchase from this company!

The worst quality clothing I have ever seen in my life. It is a SCAM company, they sell themselves as a luxury clothing company but it is nothing more than Chinese clothing of poor quality and appearance. The shipments arrive from China 45 days after the order and arrive badly packed and wrinkled. In my case, I got a different size than ordered and when you ask for a refund in compliance with their return policy they tell you that they are sorry it is not possible and do not return to answer calls or phone. It is a scam do not buy here and avoid an awful buy experience. (nightmare)

Be warned that the company has everything made in China so delays are extreme as well as sizing is extremely off. They say slim fit but what they mean is Barbie Doll so if you are a wafer then you might like this product if you can wait long enough for it to arrive.

Because I have friend who are M2M (made to measure) specialist on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills I asked for their opinion on the “slim fit” and their response was that it was sized 3 to 5 sized smaller than the normal US fit. If I had known it was from China I would have ordered from China … you can get the same outfit for less than half the cost on Amazon… same make.

I have had an issue with this company since late December it is now April and I still havent gotten my refund!
It started with me asking for my order to be cancelled. I was told it had already been processed for shipping but it took two weeks for the item to be shipped out! Once I received it I immediately reached out for a return that took another two weeks before they finally gave me the address to send it back to, that was January 24, 2022. I waited a month and then I reached out asking where my refund was and I'm still asking it is now April 7th, 2022!
I recommend that no one should purchase anything from this company, the hassle of getting your money back is not worth it!

Have returned my purchase within their ridicules policy (had to pay for the shipping) and still have not received my refund after 5 months!! DONT BUY!

After 35 days the shoe I ordered arrived, I can smell the glue they used even before I opened the bag. Don’t get me started on the quality of the shoe. It looks so cheap, I don’t even think it can last one day. Very disappointed, I wish there is 0 star.

Absolutely terrible company and customer service. Do not order from this company whatever you do. There are better options. They will tell you something will be delivered on time only to be delivered a month later. One of the worst companies I've ever ordered from or dealt with in a big way.

i bought a shirt from them about 8 months ago.. the shirt still haven't arrived yet..

Absolutely horrible. 0 customer service. Product arrived late and is bad quality. I attempted to cancel 4 times in the over a month and a half it took to get to me. Still stuck with this awful suit and pants.

William David is a great online shopping company. They have quality and durable men's dresses. I recommend to everyone.

Ideal to achieve a modern, current, casual but elegant look at the same time. One of the leading brands on the current scene, whose originality makes it clearly recognizable. I feel very satisfied with my purchases, always for gifts to male friends, for the reception they have had and how their clothes feel. Of course, I will continue to buy new creations in the future.

Beware their fraudulent return policy. Their website states that you can return any product for refund or exchange within 30 days if you are unhappy for any reason.

Not being sure about a suit jacket's fit, I ordered two: one large, one extra large with the intention of returning the one that didn't fit. They refused my return request stating that they could only refund if the garment was somehow damaged.

When I quoted their own website's refund page to them, they said that it wasn't accurate and there was nothing they could do.

I chose to purchase from them specifically after reviewing their return policy knowing that I would only be needing one jacket. Their fraudulent misinformation is what led to my business in the first place, and has resulted in me having (essentially) just paid double for a relatively cheaply-made suit jacket.
