Like everybody else have said they close my account never refunded my money.It was only a small amount 15 euro but they do it with big money accounts as well.As soon as they identify you as a sharp better they close your account and steal your funds .Keep complaining guys hopefully the betting regulators read this.

A warning to all punters who places a bet builder on football.
Please be aware that William hill have two sets of rules regarding these type of bets. When placing a bet builder on one of their shops Terminals be careful what players you use in your bet builder.If you choose a player for instance,and this player takes no part in the game the whole of the bet becomes void,money back.

Large amounts of money deposited very few bonuses and very few decent wins.

After being with William Hill for over 20 Years I have taken the decision to close my account, I only really bet on horse racing and the odd game of bingo, 50p ew lucky 15 or 31 was my weekend enjoyment, to my surprise for some reason William Hill put a restriction on my account. After repeated attempts to actually talk to a person to lift this restriction, all I got was Chat Bots, I was told by Email that the restriction was put on my account to keep me safe, for God's sake I was really just a weekend punter putting on small stakes. Well my account is now closed and will not be opened again with William Hill anyway. If there is a punter out there who can recommend a good alternative to WH, I would be really grateful to you so I can carry on with my Lucky 15s/31s on a Saturday. Thank you.
