Absolutely rubbish service
Original offer was 386£
Phone was immaculate
But previously got engraved an code bottom side of front and back
They reduced price from 386£ to 190£
Because of engraving
Till that it was fine
I rejected revised offer on first July
Today is 5th July
They still didn’t post till today been 5 days they occupied my phones
When I sent email they make excuses and saying royalmail didn’t collect parcels
And claiming royalmail have issues with service
That’s nothing except a lie
I used Royal Mail fir 20 other parcels between 1st July and 4th July
All delivered within 2 days maximum
Secondly If royalmail didn’t collect one day
It was wing pays duty to post
By dropping off in post office or delivery office next day
But they been waiting 5 days to collect
The tracking number they provided shows
Tracking number created on Friday 5th July ( it’s mean they did done anything till I complained)
That exposed their lie
If they didn’t book it’s not roylamail fault
One more thing If one courier is not collecting
Why they didn’t use other courier when thousands delivery companies providing their services
It’s only waste of time don’t use them
They still not posted
I requested them
To post next day delivery
But they denying to do that
They are lies only
So look other companies to sell your old tech

I really wished I had read the reviews prior to sending. I sent a Pixel 6a to them, which had been in a Spigen case since day 1.
Before sending I removed the case to blow out any dust etc, and checked the condition and took multiple photos, before INCLUDING the Spigen case when I sent it back.
They have just emailed me saying that there are scratches visible from a distance of 30cm on it, and they can be felt when running fingernail across them.
This is a bare faced lie, and I won't be allowing them to try and con me like they seemingly try with a lot of people.
I have told them to return the device, and if there is damage on the device like they claim, I will simply hold them liable for any repair.
Con artists. Do not use.
UPDATE 24th June - Wingpay flagged the review, TP checked and republished it as it broke no rules.
I had contact with Wingpay and they sent images of 'marks and scratches' that were visible from 30cm away. There were none on the phone at all when it was sent, and they sent me pictures of these 'marks and scratches'. Initially they sent an image of the back of the phone that had superficial smudge marks where the case had been on, they claimed there were scratches you could feel with fingernails. I refuted this and sent them evidence of the phone as I sent it. They countered with a picture of the camera section pointing at a white 'scratch'. I replied to them saying it is dust.
The phone has since been returned to me and lo and behold, it was dust. Literally 15 seconds with a cloth and all smudge marks from the case and dust are gone.
I have emailed Wingpay back showing them that their 'assessment' is totally fabricated, and me receiving the phone back just further demonstrates this.
I told Wingpay that I would go to Trading Standards as they are clearly trying to increase their margins by being deceptive, and I have started this process.
They either have a third party firm assessing the devices, who are doing an extremely dishonest assessment, maybe due to being on some form of commission scheme, or they do review the phones themselves, and are hoping people won't push back on their assessments to get a better margin.
After seeing a lot of other reviews on here that are pretty much the same experience as me, I decided that they weren't going to get away with this.
At the very very worst, the phone had superficial smudges on the back where the case had been, a 15 second wipe with a microfibre would have cleared them, instead they chose to try and say these were marks and scratches, and then when I challenged it, they point to dust on the camera section.
Awful company.

I sent off my old iPhone with wingpays offer, it arrived at their doorstep a few days later. as someone with really bad anxiety I can happily assure you that the team was great and supportive especially with the multiple emails/ messages I send asking questions about the progress of inspection and delivery. Once they had received my phone it was inspected and ready within a day for cash out, however the app was a bit confusing to understand when my quote had been lowered and the progress bar was almost at the end (this is shown above the price they offer for your phone in the app) meaning it was ready for cash out, I once again messaged their team to talk about the price and to agree on a final deal, this is where I learnt that my device was ready for cash out. I am now waiting for it to be transferred to my account, I’m overall quite happy with the service regardless of the drop in price.

Very speedy service, honoured the price offered and money in bank account within 3 days.

A very smooth process from initial email to getting funds transferred into your account with the amount they quoted.

I recently sent a phone to this company in good condition and without any faults. I was quoted £130 for the device. After sending the phone, I received multiple emails reminding me to send it, despite the fact that I had already done so. Eventually, I received an email stating that the company had found screen burn and that the device was faulty. However, there is nothing wrong with the screen. It appears that the company relies on people agreeing to their unreasonable deductions. I believe that this website is a scam and I would advise against using it. I was expecting a reasonable reduction in the quoted price, as is typical in these situations, but the company's valuation is completely ridiculous.
Review has since been reported by wingpay, but thankfully trustpilot found that everything I said was valid.
It seems that whenever you reject an offer from wingpay they hold onto your phone and ignore emails. I initially rejected my offer, and their terms say the phone will be sent back, which it was not. I then emailed them twice over the last weeks and was ignored. I then had an email from them yesterday thanking me for my review (which felt very sly). They then asked me what I wanted to do with my phone, like I hadn't been asking for it back for almost two weeks. I still have not got my phone back, but they say it has been sent out.
I hope people see this review before they think about sending anything to this company. For them to thank me for my trustpilot review, after having reported it and trying to have it removed is very unprofessional. They never once tried to rectify the issue, and instead chose to be facetious.
Wingpays generic response below really does tell people all they need to know. Making out like someone contacted me to resolve, when my comments above show they really did not try a thing.
