Feels like a scam
I got offered a decent price for a spare phone I had (google pixel 7a). It was in great condition as I never ended up using it, and it only left the box once,however, on receipt wingpay claim it has damage to the paintwork and it was revalued . I've asked for the phone to be returned so I can sell it elsewhere but I am worried it will now come back in a worse state than I sent it in.
Feels like I have been scammed! Avoid this company.

Great price and customer service.
Wingpay gave me the best quote for my iPhone 11 at £96, which was great considering my battery capacity was under 80%- higher than any other company. I was initially anxious as I’ve never used any company like this before so I wasn't sure it would be legit, but they were great and kept me informed of every step of the process, as well as keeping me updated when my bank details didn’t work, then immediately sent the money after I corrected them. The customer service was great and I would absolutely recommend!!

DO NOT USE!!! Waste of time, Valued my phone at £195 then offered me £58 when they received it saying it was faulty which is untrue.
I then used Fonehouse and they gave me the full price they offered.

they quoted me £155 initially for my phone - they then said it was only worth £38 due to numerous scratches on it . There are NO scratches on the phone as I have always kept it protected in a case. Had my phone returned ready to sell to someone reliable & legitimate. This company are scammers.
