Was as easy as downloading the app where I then sold my phone in minutes. They received it and let me know straight away, I knew it had a bit of damage due to wear and tear. I got paid what I was expecting so I’m very happy. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Great! Stuck to their word and paid me what they offered, unlike Uber link who offered me £100 less once I’d sent it in! Paid quickly and kept me updated. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Very similar to other bad reviews. They tempt you in with a high offer, and then revise it when they have received the phone hoping that you'll settle.
They revalued the phone to almost half the original offer due to battery health. Not once was the battery percentage requested during the quote process. I notice that in an earlier one-star review stating this exact same issue they have responded to that review with "we're sorry you have missed this". I've just gone through the quote process and can confirm that this is NOT the case.
Obviously I requested my phone back as I know the value isn't that low - the phone was pristine and I sent it to them in its original box.
Now they've returned the phone, but kept the box, thereby devaluing it further. Numerous attempts to contact them to request they send it back have been ignored.
My advice is to not waste your time, and use a reputable company.

I recently sold my iPhone 11 through Wingpay. Initially, I was quoted £140, which seemed fair. However, upon sending my phone off in its original box, they revalued it at only £48. Disappointed, I requested my phone to be returned, but unfortunately, they didn't send back the original box. After contacting support, they assured me it would be returned, but to my dismay, I received an iPhone 12 Pro Max box instead, and to make matters worse, they had sent my box to another customer.
Feeling frustrated with this experience, I decided to try FoneWizard. They offered me a quote of £130, which was slightly lower than my initial quote, but to my relief, they paid out the full amount promptly.

I was quoted a reasonable price for my IPhone 13 Pro 128GB £360. I sent my Phone nextday delivery at my own expense, to get my order processed quickly, the phone arrived the next day, I then received an email saying my Phone was down graded because the battery health was below 90%, the battery health on the Phone was 85% so the price was reduced to £270, I could not find wingpays terms and conditions on there App regarding battery health,i have looked now on other buyer’s websites most of them say that 80% is acceptable.please be aware of this before you send, unfortunately for myself the money was needed for urgent car repairs, so I couldn’t wait for the Phone to be sent back, so had to accept there much reduced offer.
The payment transfer time into my bank Account was too long. About four working days which is too slow.
So all in all a very poor service.

Incredible app! Just sold two old iPhones and got such a good price. Better than any local resale shops.

Selected Wingpay to sell my IPhone11 pro on 22.03.24 and they received the phone on 25.03.24.
I have then emailed their support email for an update with no response received on 27th March, 28th March and 3rd April (today).
They currently have my phone, I have received no payment or correspondence and growing increasingly concerned and considering how to escalate.
Looked through all their FAQs and Ts&Cs and there is only one way of contacting them.

Was quoted £140 for my pristine iPhone 11, obviously too good to be true, once they received it they requoted at £81 because apparently “there were scratches on the screen that were visible from 30cm away” absolute rubbish.Fortunately I had taken several photos before I sent it. I declined their offer and have received my still pristine back in the post today. I will now sell it to a reputable company who were honest with their original quote.

My initial experience of Wingpay was not good. I sent my iPhone 11 to them as it had been valued at £151. On receipt of my phone they devalued it saying there was a large scratch on the screen, which I knew there wasn’t. I asked for my phone to be sent back to me. Instead of receiving back the immaculate phone that I had sent them, I received it back with a large scratch on the front of the screen. I have before and after photographs to prove that it was in perfect condition when I sent it to them.
I emailed Wingpay a number of times and received no response. In the end I sold my phone elsewhere and only received £60 for it due to the damage.
Yesterday out of the blue I received a call from Liz at Wingpay. Apparently my emails had gone into an unmanned inbox and she wanted to make amends for the problems that I’d had. Within a few hours I had received a £100 goodwill gesture payment to compensate for my phone being damaged and for the inconvenience it had caused. Liz also told me that they would be adding a phone number onto the website so that customers could contact them more easily if they were having any problems.

Sent my iPhone 12 in excellent condition to them. In all there emails back they referenced my iPhone 12 but once they received it they said it was meant to be an 11 not a 12 and battery health is under 85% ( which isn’t mentioned anywhere about being more than 85%) then offered mentally half of what they agreed to.This only happened today so I’m hoping I get my phone back.

Sent my phone as condition 'broken' as screen was broken from being dropped, but phone was revalued to less than a third of the price as they said the phone was 'faulty' despite the screen being the only thing that was faulty with the phone.

Had a fantastic experience! Was shocked at just how accommodating the lady I dealt with was, nothing was too much trouble. It was a pure pleasure start to finish and I will absolutely be returning. 5*
