My experience with customer service, and customer service representative. Isabella was absolutely amazing. Not only does HAVIE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND, BUT THEIR PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE TOO! It’s hard to find a company that has both a stellar product and customer service that is personable, reliable, and respectable! I’m absolutely in love

The lamp i got my girlfriend for Christmas started making a weird noise, so i reached out to the team to troubleshoot. Isabelle was incredibly responsive, helpful, and an absolute joy to work with. You can tell she takes her job seriously, and genuinely enjoys helping her clients. 10/10 experience, completely hassle free.

Amazing customer service! I had lost the remote control for a product I purchased a few months ago, reached out to their team, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They arranged a replacement quickly with zero hassle. Really appreciate this level of support !

I really enjoy my lights! They create such a good vibe in my space! It’s all about the lighting in a cozy space if you ask me. They are easy to use and set up. The havie lamp is my favorite!! If you don’t get it you are missing out! I struggled with the eye light but I just reached out and got a quick response. Which to me is so much more important. They explained how to fix it and it made so much sense. I just didn’t use my critical thinking skills haha. Now that I got it set up I love it! These days customer service is so AI generated, and/or lacking, and I did not feel this way at all. It felt personable and quick to response. I highly recommend!

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address but Isabelle was quick to help out and saved me a lot of trouble. And it looks like she did the same for everyone else, I hope this girl is paid well.

I love the Havie lamp. The ambience it creates is so peaceful and calming… my daughter loved it so much I had to buy her one too. I was also super impressed by the prompt, friendly and helpful customer service.

My Havie came without a usb cord and a loose base ring. I contacted customer support and was answered promptly that they are cutting back on electronic waste and I was also given a video that showed how to snap the base ring in. I asked them to ship me a new one since I tossed the ring thinking it didn’t work, and they graciously sent me another one. I love the Havie, it has a lot of functions, but the amber colored waves are enough to make the purchase worth it. So relaxing after a long week. My toddler enjoys it too. Thank you for your help Havie team.

My device stopped working but their customer service team helped me get a replacement easily.

I’ve had one of their lamps before and I really loved it and I used it a lot until the motor broke and it wouldn’t spin anymore and I sent a message to an ad just to say how much I liked it and that I was bummed that it broke and they messaged me personally and they offered to send me a completely new one and I can’t thank them enough and it was for free .

i ordered to the wrong address by accident, freaked out, and tried to get in contact asap. and she responded asap!! fixed everything up and now i should be getting another one sent to my address! time will tell once it arrives :)

This is in regards to customer service. I emailed Havie because I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, Isabelle responded swiftly and updated it ASAP making the whole thing super easy.

At first I was frustrated because the touch feature wasn’t working (I came to find I needed to be better about reading instructions). The touch feature is on the logo, not the side silver panel buttons. Isabelle responded to my email to support first thing Monday morning. She was kind, thorough, and attentive. She walked me through what I needed to do to get the light to function with manual touch vs. remote. She gave an incredible experience and service.

My wife loves the lamp, and customer service is great!

Their lamp creates a beautiful atmosphere and is well built. The customer support is amazing! Their response time is super fast and they offer great solutions and show a lot of goodwill. In fact, this company was one of customer-friendliest I have ever contacted. Definitely a recommendation!

I am very satisfied with my new Havie lamp, which creates a beautiful warm atmosphere and makes my bedroom a perfect space for relaxation.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight the excellent service I received through personal email contact with Isabelle, who responded to my questions very quickly and was exceptionally kind.
Indeed, I was surprised not to find a USB-C cable in the box, but she explained their approach of reducing electronic waste, which I completely understood and would also like to commend.
Isabelle immediately found a solution for me. It is rare to come across someone so caring and attentive to customers.
A huge thank you — I highly recommend ordering from the Havie website.

I have had multiple excellent experiences with Havie! I could not recommend them more - the customer service provided by staff (shout out to Isabelle) is wonderful. The communication via email has been quick, kind and so incredibly helpful. The lamps are also so stunning.
