Product works terribly but Isabelle with customer service was amazing!

Isabelle was incredibly considerate, kind and efficient at communicating my different options for fixing any issues, as well as validating any concerns/anxiety. I would now not only recommend the great product, but the company/people behind this product that add to the overall experience.

Havie’s customer service is excellent. I had an issue with one of the lights I purchased, and Havie was responsive and solved the issue for me. I was a little nervous at first because these lights are not cheap, but I was given peace of mind after speaking with Isabelle.

Lamps are absolutely beautiful and make warm light light water waves on the walls. Delivery process war hard, Isabelle had to sent it out three times till it finally was delivered. Not her fault, but still, her support was amazing - and she helped until they really arrived. A huge thank you to Isabelle.

The instruction manual was a little vague. I emailed customer support and Isabelle replied quickly with helpful instructions! Once I figured out how it works, it is a great product! So many options!! I love my Havie!

Do not recommend. The light is great when it actually works, however 80% of the time it doesn’t turn on. The buttons are faulty. I bought two lamps & they’re the same on each product. Can get cheaper elsewhere

Great product but even better service. I really appreciated the willingness to help when I failed to read the instructions. The support staff was so kind to help me understand the connection between the unit & the remote - now we love our lamp! And I ordered 3 more, one more for me and two as gifts. Highly recommend.

Isabelle was extremely courteous and polite in helping me solve my issue. Some of the kindest customer service I’ve received. This is a cheaply made product priced at an overly exorbitant price, but she prevented me from returning it. I hope she finds a better product to work for, queen 👑

The light is really cool and works well. There was an issue with the remote that came with it, but they've been very prompt and nice about sending a replacement.

Awesome customer service! Our dog chewed up the remote before we ever used it. Customer service sent me a replacement free of charge. A+++

There was an issue with my order getting delivered. It had to do with the postal service, not the company. After inquiring about the delay they had a replacement product mailed out within a few hours. Appreciate the help from Isabelle and the quick turnaround.

I'll be honest, I was on Instagram and maybe a little drunk when Havie popped up on my feed. My wife and I like to set the mood with lighting and sound, so this seemed like a perfect addition to our bedroom. It works awesome! The remote is easy to use, and the amount of colors this things can make is incredible!

A month later, one of the speakers popped out. It may have been my fault actually. I got in touch with Isabelle in customer service, and she got a new one coming to me immediately! Fast, friendly, and a great experience overall! Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 motion lamps and opted for the $20 surprise light as well; all 3 are beautiful and create a fun vibe in any room. Had a slight issue with the motion of one of my lights, and their customer service rep (Isabelle) was so kind and helpful - they sent a replacement without hesitation. Would absolutely order from here again! :)
