Excellent product and even better customer service. Went outve their way upgrade me to a better, more expensive version of the item (free of charge) I purchased as their supplier sent them a different version of my original purchase. Didn’t have any obligation to do so and I would have been none the wiser if they hadn’t. Transparent, honest business that will make sure you’re looked after. 10/10.

Would highly recommend
Delivery was super fast (considering we are in lockdown and dumbbells have sold out with so many other companies). Jon went out of his way and contacted me to arrange a special delivery due to the amount of dumbbells I had ordered. Communication was clear and I had my weights delivery within 4 working days!

Brilliant service
We recently bought a turbo trainer from WKG and unfortunately, it developed an issue. However, after emailing the team at WKG, I received a call within 24 hours from Jon who did some trouble shooting but when it became clear there was nothing he could suggest, he got a replacement unit sent out that day.
I cannot fault the product (the trainer is great) or the level of service we've received, it's been perfect throughout the whole process. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would.
