After purchasing a zycle zpro I ran into issues with the unit. Peter gave up a lot of time to try help troubleshoot this with me via email. Unfortunately the unit seemed to be faulty and I was struggling to get support from zycle directly. Peter sent a replacement unit free of charge which arrived really quickly! I can honestly say I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience getting a faulty product sorted out. I wish they had a more extensive stock of cycling gear as I know where I'd be purchasing from!

Just the best! Purchased a Zycle z-pro smart trainer through them and they couldn't be more helpful. Jon was online to help with bike and setup questions and then helped later via email and WhatsApp to solve my user error questions. The delivery has super fast! I would highly recommend WKG sports and Zycle smart trainers!

The customer service of WKG is second to none. I sought advice with regards to the turbo trainer I was purchasing, and other items I needed with it, and the responses were immediate and very helpful. Very good customer service. No conplaints with the product so far. However, delivery from UPS is rubbish. They kept leaving mails saying I missed delivery when in fact I'm at home in all occassions and received deliveries from Amazon and Royal Mail just before they came. They did it 3 different days! So i ended up calling UPS customer service and product was delivered after how many frustrating calls!

Peter was extremely helpful in answering all my daft questions and gave me the confidence to buy the smart trainer.

So far so good, the item arrived within the time specified, it was also £50 cheaper than I'd seen it elsewhere, no complaints.

Ordered my smart trainer Saturday morning. Arrived Wednesday. Easy, simple purchase, great price, great delivery. Lovely stuff!

Ordered the Zycle ZPRO SMART Trainer and arrived a day earlier than expected.
Seems to be one of the only wheel on smart trainers available in the UK and for the price and spec looks good.
Have only used to trainer 4 times since purchase and can say Im very impressed.
Connected it up to Zwift with no problems.
Easy to assembly.
