I ordered over 3 weeks ago and they have not sent my products. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they send they were sending the next day, a week later nothing. I have emailed another 3 times and had no response.

I ordered a bikini from Wolfebay and i love it! Great quality and I got loads of compliments on it! Looks really flattering on and can’t wait to order more from them.

The only place to shop for your summer holiday wardrobe! I just got the 3 piece fruity crochet sets and couldn’t believe how cheap they were. I was unsure on the sizing but Danielle was great and couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t wait for the next drops too order more xx

Absolutely love there clothes I have a few bits as they are my favourite to take on holiday. I have put mine through the washing machine (on delicate) multiple times and had no issues. Can’t wait for new items to drop

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the clothes from this store. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is poorly done, and after just one wash, everything started falling apart! Colors faded, seams unraveled, and some items even shrank despite following the washing instructions. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be purchasing from here again. Save yourself the trouble and on Shein if you want the same bikinis for cheaper :)

Dress was absolutely stunning, the embroidered fruits are so detailed and got so many compliments on holiday. Sizing is a little on the small side

Would give no stars if possible, I received an incorrect order and notified customer services immediately - 3 emails later they apologised and said they would send out the bikini I had ordered, I had my holiday and two days after my return the bikini arrived, I asked for a refund as I no longer required the bikini as it was so late but apparently they do not give returns only exchanges - my bikini wasn't bespoke so I see no issue with a refund as they were at fault with the length of time it took for me to receive my bikini, I have asked to see the T&C's but just received a screen shot of the website which clearly states "We are happy to announce we now offer returns" But according to Conor from Wolfe Bay this relates to exchanges !!!!! The last response I had from Wolfe Bay was that they are no longing willing to communicate with me further and since then my emails have not been responded to, I opened the bikini and it is tiny - I gave it to my size 8 daughter and it doesn't fit her either so they are no where near true to size and no hope of a refund for it arriving days after my holiday or for not fitting - AVOID !!!!!
It wasn't an expensive bikini so it isn't now about the money it is the principle of a company being at fault and not taking responsibility and then refusing to communicate.

Clothes arrived very quickly and assistance team have been super helpful. The knit bikini co ord set is amazing quality also!

These bikinis are honestly amazing. As a self conscious girl I never wear bikinis out. But the shape and fit is so flattering. The patters and designs are amazing you feel extra glam even when your exposed. They really are one of a kind and worth every penny. Would purchase again and again. I own two and want more !

I was indeed very suspicious when I saw the scam accusations here on Trust Pilot since I had already placed an order that was waiting to be shipped, plus another order that I placed 4 days later. I panicked and thought that I was going to get scammed. I wrote immediately to customer service Instagram account, and to my surprise, they replied immediately and canceled my second order. Therefore, I could stay calm since I had only placed an order of one item and it would not matter if I would be scammed. To my surprise, My order was shipped out five days after I ordered it and the shorts arrived at my door today. They were beautiful. I had no issues what so ever with this brand.

Working in a small business myself I do not take writing negative reviews online lightly, however, I have been left with no other option.

I placed an order on 9th September, and heard nothing until I requested to cancel the order on 27th October. Conveniently, at that point, I was then sent a screenshot of ‘tracking details’ that did not work on the yodel website when I tried to track myself. The details suggested the order was delivered on 23rd October (over a month after ordering).

At 9:10 on 23/10, the order screenshot was said to be at Waltham Cross - and is supposedly delivered at 10:42. Waltham Cross is over 3 and a half hours from my address, and so there is no way that the item could have been delivered to my address in less than 2 hours - taking into account the distance, and that the van likely had other stops. I am in the north west..

I have since been back and forth with the company, as well as Yodel. Both have been less than helpful and, to be quite honest, I don’t have the time or energy to argue with them any further about it. They have been very clear, and patronising, that they do not intend on helping me - simply ignoring or batting off emails when chased to take it up with Yodel.

I have paid for the goods and over 3 months after I have nothing to show for it.

Avoid at all costs.

I ordered almost a month on November 10th. Still haven’t received anything besides an order confirmation. No tracking code no nothing. I assume it’s not even packed or whatever. I also reached out to them via insta almost 2 weeks ago. They answered me and told me that it can take up to 10 days to reach me as it is an international order and the products are hand sewn. These 10 days are looong overdue. Also I paid for express international shipping where the parcel should’ve reached me within 5 days…
They only told me that they will get their team to tell me the tracking code. That was almost 2 weeks ago. As I didn’t get anything I asked again 3 days ago. They only told me again they will get me a tracking code. But AGAIN didn’t get a message with a code.
I assume the parcel will never be shipped and I will never receive anything. I will wait 1 more weeks and if I dont hear anything then I will open a case via PayPal and get my money back.
also they delete comments from their posts when ppl ask abt their orders. They wanna hide the fact that they’re a scam !!!

Edit: I commented on one of their posts on TikTok..it took them 1 MINUTE and the comment was already deleted … that’s ridiculous

Complete scam, I placed an order in August and they sent me the wrong items. They refused to refund me and would only offer exchange. I therefore placed an order for replacement items on 21st October and never received them. I have sent them at least 15 emails and messaged on instagram with no response. Awful company - avoid!

SCAM!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible. They post all over their Instagram with offers and free items but don’t actually send the order. I ordered on the 13th November and it says 2-3 days delivery. I’ve since sent numerous emails and Instagram messages and been completely ignored. They sent a tracking email but when I click on it, it just says it hasnt been sent yet. I will be contacting trading standards about them because if you read the other reviews it’s not just me.
I commented on their Instagram post and they’ve now turned all comments off, probably so they don’t get exposed.

Such helpful girls. I was going on holiday and wanted my bikini to arrive before and left it last minute to order. I messaged the girls on Instagram and they ensured it was packed and shipped for next day delivery. The bikini quality was amazing and so many compliments x

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered two items from this company and chose the shipping option of 3-5 days. I ordered these items for my holiday and after exceeding the 5 days I emailed them to make sure it would arrive on time as I had no notification it has been dispatched etc. I had no response for days, until I finally got a response to say it’s been dispatched despite no tracking up date on the app. By this point I told them to cancel the order as it was only 2 days until my holiday. Only to receive robotic replies to someone as if they are not even reading my concerns advising it will arrive and it has delivered etc. I am not even home I do not know if it is even there or not and I requested a refund only to be told they do not give refunds due to times being hand sewn, and that the shipping can take longer due to this as well. How does that make sense when throughout this whole time they have been posting of their Instagram story promoting clearance sales and free items for the items I PURCHASED. Yet they refuse to refund a paying customer? I explained everything on email and had no response, I chased it up a week later only to get a response saying its been delivered what is the issue. Honestly it’s a joke. Do not order from this brand if you want your items in a timely manner. I wished I looked at these reviews before ordering. A few of my friends were also going to place ordered but I have told them not to and now they have shopped else where. I have never receive such Terrible service.
Also an update I have now opened my parcel and at the time I ordered I used a discount code which meant I would be given free items only to have received NO free items.
