Terrible service, arrogant response
Terrible service, arrogant and rude customer service. I paid 10 euros for shipping and the package did not arrive; according to the transport agency it had tried to deliver it 2 times and it had been deposited at a collection point. That is absolutely false, I'm on my maternity leave and always at home. I contacted the seller explaining the situation and a so-called account manager told me that the couriers are badly paid and badly treated (?!), implying that I was not understanding and that I should manage to pick the packet (in spite of my situation). I paid 10 euros for the shipment to the company I buy from, not to DHL, so they have avoided all responsibility that it is clearly theirs. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had, and that I have a lot of online shopping.
