Bonus upgrade.
My sons bought me a wonderbox gift for my birthday. When I came to use it, it was offering me one night, with dinner and breakfast. I noticed that for €30 I could upgrade this to two nights with one dinner and two breakfasts, so I clicked the button. This took me to the payment page. Shortly after paying, I received an email to print out with the new details. Very efficient and a wonderful idea. Thank you.

I have a box an becouse the pandemy I couldn't use it and it expired. Today I called to ask for an extension of the expire date. They inform me that they change their policy and don't do it anymore. The expire date was juin 21
