I really like the quality of these panels. I looked at a few before settling on Akupanel. I’m semi-handy and the panels are pretty forgiving for installation. We love the look once they were installed. I wish the communication would have been a little better after the order was placed. Otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star.

Love the product. So many colors to pick from. The Create products work perfectly with the akupanels. Definitely helps with noise. Fast ship and responsiveness from customer service was outstanding. We were able to install ourselves without paying a professional. The results are stunning.

The panels are easy to configure and install. I like the seamless look and felted backing that helps with acoustics. Had a little trouble with the coat knobs. While a few screwed in easily, most did not so we had to use tools to make them work. Now that my wall is done, I love it.

Options are fantastic. Gave us a fantastic option for an accent wall in our office and we even added the panels on our front desk for a beautiful matching look! We have so many people that ask about it and we send everyone your way!

Love the way it looks! Only issue was there was no instructions and no way to get them online . Took a little problem solving but we figured it out.

Installation was fairly easy.

I had a small problem with a couple of the panels, but the customer support resolved quickly and replaced the panels.

Finished the project in one afternoon. Free advice: get a buddy to help, and a good circular saw with clamps. It’s been a month but the room still has that fresh cut wood aroma!

**Website needs to be more user-friendly.
**WoodUpp needs to improve packaging of shipped items..... too often a much smaller box could be used to ship product; a lot of wasted space and cardboard.

These panels are easy to install and look absolutely beautiful. I used the smaller panel square panels and installed them in less than a day, including trimming. They are very easy to work with. My installation also included a 65” TV and using the large TV kit was easy and is very clean. The cable covers were out of stock, so I bought a 1/2” black mesh cord protector from Amazon for $8 to hide the cables. It’s easy to cut to size and fits into slots between the wood slats. Worked perfectly.

The panels have changed how the room looks and feels. Super happy!

Very High quality solid wood. It is the same as going to a carpenter with a block of fine wood and asking them to carve this table base for you. Its amazing.
