Returned my order as I didn't like some items and for some, I should have ordered a different size. Christian was quick to respond to my return request, clear with directions to complete the return on my end and was very helpful and informative towards my other inquiries about product stock and when my credit would be returned. The store itself shipped my items within a day and my order arrived within a week. Will definitely shop more!

Second time writing a 1-star review, gonna look like a Karen real soon. I just want my refund. first review I wrote was about the package being way too late for my client and not being able to get a return ticket. Finally after writing a review I received an email with a return ticket. Send the package back and now 3 months later still no refund and no one is replying any more. This is so annoying. Had some missing items for a hot minute. Not sure they were coming through. The carrier forgot to leave one package out of the two. While I wasnt aware of that at in the moment, Christian was really quick with everything. He handled that in a vreat way. In the end, everything was good. Package came through and we tied the knot.
