Wordans was such a discover. They provide me all the merchandising i need super fast and high quality all.
But all was thanks to Nicolas. We was so patient, helpful, executive, anything. We start with some mugs and bottles to check the company and i ended doing everything with him. He even save me with last minute polos on several colors and sizes to help me on a golf tournament in Germany. Delivered in ONE DAY! HE IS BY FAR THE ONE!!!

Aside for waiting long time I n que. csr is polite and helpful good job and keep it up christian..

Ordered 8 items delivered through Purolator, only received one item. Contacted customer service with my order ID, shipping info, and a list of the missing items.
Christian was quick to respond and issued replacements for me within 24hrs, got the missing items today. Correct sizings and items that were missing.

Christian was very fast at helping me with a resolution and having replacement shirts sent out quickly.

Emailing the team was seamless and quick. Christian was a great communicator and I’m happy that I can depend on him. I’ll be ordering again soon.

The worst scam I've ever experienced.

I ordered some sweatshirts months ago. The shipping was supposed to take a maximum of 72 hours, but they arrived 6 days later, when I no longer needed them. I paid €14 just for express shipping.

After two months of back-and-forth because they refused to process a return, they finally received the products and then took over a month to issue the refund. I had to send dozens of emails just to get my money back.

On top of that, they deducted not only the original shipping cost (which arrived late and should have been covered by them), but also an extra €11 for the return. They make the mistake and I have to pay?

An absolute scam and a total lack of professionalism.
Do not buy from them.

Even though my order did receive a damaged item, Christian handled the situation professionally and promptly! I'm very happy with the customer support as I should now receive the garment I need in time for an event!

Christian replied swifty to my requests and helped me in my order since this was my first purchase experience with Wordans, I am so please with the service I have received .. and I will continue ordering our bulk orders of T-shirts for our charitable missions to Africa from your good company... BIG SCAM. Ordering is easy, but when you return they make it literally impossible by having FEDEX collecting the goods, but without providing a return label so FEDEX is not able to pick it up...
So that's how they grab your money.

Ordering on the site was easy - I was able to filter for the requirements for what I needed and found it quickly.

I had a question related to my order and sent an email to customer service, which was answered within an hour by Christian. Christian was able to provide me details of my order and resend my order confirmation that I had accidentally sent to the wrong email address. Christian was very efficient and helped clear up my own mistake. Thank you!

Sofia is very helpful. Can´t complain about anything, she explained clearly and made things easier.

The warehouse shipped me the wrong item but Christian provided excellent service in getting me the correct item

DON’T BUY FROM THEM, This is such a scam, i placed an order weeks ago and i get no info. Then after trying to correspond with them, they tell me they are having warehouse issues and have no idea when the order would be send could be 1 month or more. Then I cancelled my order and one month later and i have still not received any refund. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

[Christian[ is very knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent.

I have talked to him several times over the past (6) six months and he always has in answer or he will research the topic and find it in less than (5) five minutes. Great people and wide selection of products.

Christian Was extremely polite and professional on the phone. He was quick with a solution and happy to help.

Definitely would call again with how simple and easy he made it
