NO HAPPY AT ALL - 1 // On the screen the logo looked fine. But when received it was not like we ordered. An Item in the Logo "move".

Feels like they simply don't care for quality or the customer.
This was a trial Business order - the big order will not be sent there, that is a fact.

The experience was remarkable. First of all, the availability of your employees. It was my first time on your website and I was able to speak to Christian an agent who was attentive and very informal. And I intend to buy from you soon.

Order placed 1 week ago. The status still "In Progress". No answer to email.I advice them to update their information about shipping time (within 4-5 days). Maybe they couldn't find me again in the system? If they can't see me in the system just don't accept the new orders while solving it. Or the payment? Its made with iDeal so receiving it takes just a seconds. It's my mistake that I trust them for the second time.
Because of them we lost also clients...

I was happy to be able to order the quanity needed. My order was shipped & arrived quickly.

I placed my first order with Wordans, and a portion of it was cancelled during processing, with a store credit issued instead of a refund. When I tried to reorder the cancelled items using the credit, no credit was applied at checkout. I called the company multiple times, and each time, **Christian** answered. It felt like my order was being manipulated, with higher prices and shipping charges added. Also, every time I added an item to my cart it would disappear. Eventually, Christian allowed me to place the order at zero cost. However, it’s been over a week, and I never received a confirmation email. Today, I found out my order was cancelled without notice. The customer experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I have been working with Wordans for years and they have always been a great company to deal with especially Christian. Excellent response time and showed a caring attitude.

I've placed an order more than two weeks ago and received no confirmation about its progress. It says it's just stuck in a warehouse. They have been ignoring all the emails I've sent them about the order, too. Phone numbers are offline as well...

Writting here as a last resort to try to resolve this problem. Had a relatively positive experience the first time I shopped with them. But recently the service seems to have drastically dropped in quality. So probably won't shop here anymore.
