Partial damaged items.
Ordered 25 packs of wholemeal flour and only received 10 ( the items damaged and flour all over). Contacted them straight away via email as their phone number is an automated one and one day after I received an email not to sort out this mess but to write a review and this is what I am doing. Will contact paypal straight away. Update..
Paypal made a full refund. World Food Shop can you please stop having trustpilot contact me ? I do have the company correct ( apparently you keep complaining that I wrote the review and it was meant for another company? I did check and you are the company that I complaint. You can check your records and my name is on the review.

Your initial message was received on 15th March at 19:00, and we responded the same evening at 19:06. A member of our customer service team then followed up the next morning with a full explanation: your order had been split into two parcels due to weight, and the second parcel was in transit back to us. We provided a tracking link and confirmed we would reship the missing items as soon as the return was received.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to that message. We were also unable to locate your order immediately as no order number was provided in your original enquiry.
We understand you then opened a PayPal dispute and received a full refund, which we did not contest.
We take every customer experience seriously and were actively working to resolve this for you. We're sorry we weren't given the opportunity to complete that process. If there is anything further we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Ordered one item on 27th January, tracking shows nothing and so I emailed the company to enquire as to where my purchase is and have never had a response.

Absolutely useless. I ordered a bottle of currywurst sauce and a pot of German mustard. Evri delivered a parcel today. It contained a bottle of Zab Mike Fermented Fish Sauce. A waste of time using this company.

Overall I find my orders arrive quickly , my one reservation is sometimes Evri can take a little while . For instance was told parcel at depot before midday on the Thurs . did not arrive until Mon . Do not know whether it is because I live on an island or they are just not organised at the depot .
