Express delivery paid but not received whole order
I ordered 2 jars of pickled gherkins and 2 jars of pickled walnuts on the 18th December, I also paid over £5 for express delivery as these were needed before Christmas. I received an email saying the gherkins had been dispatched on 20th Dec and duly arrived on 21st, but I've heard nothing further re the walnuts, not even dispatched yet..disappointed is an understatement. If the company couldn't fulfill the whole order they could at least of advised me. Not particularly happy to recommend this company at this point.

A good outcome.
When my purchase arrived it was not the full amount I had ordered. I contacted World Food Shop and received an immediate favourable response that the shortage would be looked into. I was advised the item was out of stock but the missing items would be sent as soon as their stocks were restored. True to their word I received the missing items shortly after. A very good service.

Really pleased with my order.
Really pleased with my order. Every item was as described and so pleased that I could get virtually all my spices, sauce's and noodles in the one place. The delivery time was good too, less than a week to receive and when delivery arrived everything was packed really well, the bottles all came bubbles wrapped. This was my first order from World Food Shop, it definitely won’t be my last.

I bought a selection of goods which…
I bought a selection of goods which arrived damaged because one of the jar lids had come off and oil had spilled over everything. I got in touch and was asked for photos, which I sent. Three times. I also queried why my issue wasn't being processed several times, both in response to the email I received and via the online form I originally used. Still no response. I'm very disappointed and certainly won't be using this shop again.

Only received one of five items...
I ordered five 5-litre bottles of white vinegar. I received only one today. The box it was sent in was only big enough to fit one bottle in, so it's not like any had fallen out. I have CCTV and you can clearly see RoyalMail delivering this parcel and no others. I'm pretty annoyed that the company didn't enclose a delivery note, nor send an email to explain why only one has been sent. I've emailed them, but still no reply from them... I knew I should have used Amazon instead!
