Poor postage & packing
It was a swift delivery but the box that the 4x bags was not secured enough. It had broken and one of the coffee bags was torn. All had then been sloppily wrapped in a plastic bag for the actual delivery. Fortunately no coffee had been lost but it all made it look like a very amateur operation.

I have just read your response no delivery have been to my address also we are unable to update tracker as it will no let us . Stating I missed 2 deliveries is totally wrong as Royal Mail would have card for me to go and collect .Very disappointed with your response

First items arrived damaged in transit ie 2 bottles of briannas dressings. Notified world food store and Jonathan organised replacement items quickly and efficiently. Could have had a refund too if I’d taken that option. Will use again and definitely recommend to others. Thank you world food store

Non-delivery of order
Non-delivery of order/returned to warehouse for undisclosed reason on Royal Mail tracking (despite address being correct). Repeated failure of primary email address meant unable to contact the company after the initial email contact. Tried via webform - no response. Called landline - no response. Filed complaint via PayPal Resolution Centre and received a refund. So much for the company 'mission statement'......
