This was the first time that I source a spare part for my partners secateurs. The website was easy to use and I found the item I needed within a matter of moments. Even more pleasing was not having to pay carriage as a 2-3 day postal service was more than adequate.

This is the second time i have ordered a felco product from this company,and again i am amazed at the speed of delivery.I was watching my wife struggling to deadhead a plant,at 10'oclock yesterday morning,turned on the pc and ordered a pair of trimming snips.At 10.30 this morning she is out in the garden happily snipping away with them.Can't beat that for service...Many Thanks...

Exceptional service and quality
My Felco secateurs have had regular and often heavy use for over 10 years. They are of superb quality and all the parts are replaceable which means they are a sustainable product. I have only had to replace one cutting blade so far and that was because I hit an unseen piece of stock fence wire.
I ordered a pair for my wife yesterday at a very competitive price and they arrived in today's post!
Exceptional service and exceptional quality - I have no hesitation in recommending World of Felco.

Missing parcel
I paid for next day delivery.
It did not arrive.
Tracking said 'closed carded' at 11.05 day of promised delivery. Don't know what that means.
Tried to connect by phone and email with Felco and APC=no response.
Just noticed tracking on my App says 'out for delivery' today 14th June-website tracking not yet updated.

Top company
Really pleased with the products and customer service I have received. They have pointed me in the right direction with regards to a pair of Felco secateaurs I inherited and holsters and knives i have purchased have been excellent quality. The prices including basic postage is a great help and the little £1 vouchers are always welcome and used regularly. Top company.

Felco No. 5. Great service and a perfect tool
Ordered online and got it a day later with free postage. I went for the entry level model, Felco No. 5. I do not know what more one needs for an occasional cut in the garden, just a perfect tool. It is sharp, feels heavy and solid. I doubt I will ever need to upgrade to No. 2.
