A Great Place!

It is hard to imagine not to be overwhelmed by the capacity and variety of items they offer. You will find beautiful things and inspiration and even something you will not like - but after all, ..you found it.

Spent just over £100 on my first order …

Spent just over £100 on my first order with this company on the 25th of July and contacted them on the 31st of August to query how I still hadn't received anything, despite their website stating my order had been shipped. No response. I waited. I then contacted them again, via their website's online form on the 4th of September; again, no response. In good faith, I waited again. More than a little frustrated, I then opened a case via PayPal on the 6th of September - you'll be shocked to learn that this, too, was ignored. AGAIN. WELL - it finally took a very angry email on the 12th of September, sent to all four different email addresses I could find for this poor excuse for a company (two on their website and two different ones on PayPal) and a threat to have my credit card company reverse my funds before the silence was finally broken! All I really wanted was an answer, a tracking number, and ideally - the beautiful items I had ordered. What I received instead was a two-liner email to say that someone would 'check and get back to me'.

Today I logged onto PayPal to find out I had been refunded; not a word from World of Judaica. On the one hand I am very pleased that I got my money back, but I am extremely disappointed that I have wasted so much time waiting for an order that clearly isn't coming and very shocked with how badly this business treats its customers. I have worked for an online business for years and clearly things do go wrong, especially where international mail is involved - it really wouldn't kill you to look after the people who try and do business with you and it certainly wouldn't do any harm to send a quick email explaining what went wrong and, oh I don't know, maybe, APOLOGISE?

You have made certain I will never (nor will friends nor family) do business with you again; which is more than regrettable, as I had truly enjoyed browsing your beautiful website and its fine selection of products. Sadly, you just failed to deliver not just the goods but the service, too. What a pity.

We informed you that your package was shipped and on route to your address. We sent you all the tracking information necessary on that email.

This error of delivery might happen from time to time as different security measures and systems send stores emails straight to the junk folder.

As you can see bellow there were 03 attempts to deliver your package but the postal office couldn't find it,

Matza Baby Bibs ordered

On April 2017, I ordered from World of Judaica, a pair of Matza Baby Bibs with Hebrew Text in White/Blue, saying Manishtana. I rec'd the order in about 20 days, and found the bibs very cute. For someone looking for an interesting items for their child, this will be very unique. The mum and dad were very happy to get them, and also shared my views on the bibs.
For those living afar, must be patient to receive the orders, but eventually they will be well worth the wait. Remember, the website is for U.S., but if you click on the American flag, you can get information on various countries. Glad they ship everywhere. They pack breakable items very well.
Their service is very good, and any issues, email can be sent and this will help to resolve. Very helpful staff.
Always something interesting, for those who wish to be up to date on Jewish items and the holidays.

given a discount code for my email address at beginning of site entry %15 off first purchase. yet at no time during my first purchase was I asked for the code or even given discount code option as on other sites. rather sneaking and scam type feeling over the whole thing

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. Firstly they didn't answer emails that I sent to customer service requesting tracking number for shipping. Eventually the order arrived. One item was incorrect and the other item had the wrong instructions in the box. Both boxes were damaged- embarrassing as they looked second hand, and they were meant as gifts.
I have emailed 3 times with no answer. Very disappointed.

Well...

Well...

My order FINALLY arrived today, or PART OF IT DID, anyway and I just have to vent.

I ordered three items: A Tallit/Bag/Kippa which ARE truly beautiful; a Challah Tray, which appears to be FULL SIZED, but when it was opened, it is a WHOLE *maybe* SIX INCHES LONG X TWO INCHES WIDE!, and SIX pair of TZITZIT, which DID NOT COME AT ALL!!! The packing slip, however, states that ALL ITEMS shipped, and as USUAL this company is completely non-responsive.

Shaking my head. Truly.

Nice Tallis and Tefillin bags

I needed a new set for my new Tefillin. I purchased a lovely set which I now use regularly. The design is simple yet beautiful. The price was competitive and was shipped from Israel in a reasonable amount of time. It was packaged in a beautiful plastic zipcase (should I choose to use it) that houses both bags of items.

The watch doesn't work

The watch doesn't work! I ordered a battery to see if it's just a dead battery. It's a lot bigger than I expected. The only part I like is the Hebrew numbers on the face of the watch.
