I was concerned about dealing with a company I didn't know and sending a gift to my sister in Israel. However, World of Judaica had just the gift I was looking for, reasonably priced, and they answered all of my questions patiently and promptly. There was no charge for delivery or customs and they followed up. This is the company I would be sure to deal with again!

WORST COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This website/company is a complete joke - they charge your credit card and then fail to process your order. I was told TWO weeks after my credit card was charged that they had not been able to process my order and requested I provide my credit card details again! When you attempt to contact them they do not respond. I have tried 5 different avenues to contact the customer service team to resolve the issue and have not received a single response.

I purchased the sterling silver Shema bracelet. I love it! I have gotten many compliments on it. There are so many beautiful items to choose from; the selections are endless. I've ordered again and am looking forward to receiving my new items. I like that this company offers free shipping even though there is a longer wait time; but, anything worth having, takes time.

A great Service team. Last Year had a mishap and my order got lost somewhere in "cyberspace"", Round about March this year it was found by team and I was contacted pronto. I was given a chance, to either claim money back or order goods of same value. No worries.
I ordered as replacement some nice oils and creams and they arrived in excellent condition. Team went out of their way to get my preferred goods and when at one stage the item was out of stock they contacted me at once and found some other similar ones so I could make an educated choice. Well done team.

The t-shirt was OK. I ordered an XL for my other half and it was too small. 😞 Our first birthday and didn't make me look so good. Would have been nice if they had noted that they ran smaller in size.

it took over 2 months for my items to ship. I finally got my items after they initiated 2 swaps for the 1 item that was holding things up. There was never any response to my emails requesting a status update. After the second time they requested a substitute for the same item, I gave them a list of alternates - and my package shipped very soon after that.

After all the drama, my purchases were great and what I expected.

I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS FROM WORLD OF JUDAICA THROUGHOUT THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MADE. I HAVE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTS AND SO HAVE THE PEOPLE I HAVE BOUGHT THEM FOR. THIS IS A GREAT SITE FOR ALL YOUR JEWISH ITEMS.
