Delivery let it down was not informed by delivery company they were bringing parcel and it was just left by back gate need to change delivery company then five stars

Very good price. Quick delivery.
One point of improvement: after acknowledgement of my order I didn't receive the promised communication from the courier about the delivery time/date/tracking number. Luckily someone was at home when the item arrived.

Product was exactly as described
Product was exactly as described, A first class wheelchair, at a very good price, goes well over grass, gravel, wet leaves and poorly maintained pavements, all important areas can be adjusted to suit the user, the pneumatic tyres are a godsend on rough ground, it puts the solid wheels in the shade for comfort.
The chair arrived within 48 hours of my order, first class service for a first class wheelchair.
